	Scarecrow set off the Arkham trap and made all inmates go beyond insane. Four Old Team members: Hush, Mad Hatter, The Penguin and Ra's Al Ghul, were returned to their old depraved insanity. They escaped Arkham. The fear gas returned a puddle of mud to its original rock hard consistence, and Clayface was alive again. He escaped too. [Read more]

Scarecrow prepared a fear gas trap inside Arkham Asylum. He then messaged Joker:

"Umm... If you and the others are in Arkham you gotta go. I prepared two major traps in Gotham. One is a fear gas trap in Arkham to drive all Arkham inmates even more insane, thus making Arkham's end just a matter of months. The second is another fear gas trap in Wayne Tower. I gave the heroes false clues that the Riddler is back, leading them to the Wayne Tower, where they get turned insane by the fear gas."

Scarecrow and Doomzenith came in and Doomzenith said:

"I have an idea if she attempts to attack us after the chemicals. I take her to Germany, where I force her to fight all of my prisoners. Finally, a yet unbeatable duo at the end: Killer Croc and Bane!"

Once Natia stopped trying to swim Doomzenith said:

"How do you feel now, herr held?"

(I will start using German as a language in Doomzenith's speech. Herr Held means the hero.)

Scarecrow, meanwhile, was in the bell tower of Gotham. That was the perfect place for Scarecrow Transmission No. 2 and better yet, he knew Man-Bat hangs around there. The transmission started:

"Remember me, Gotham? Now you may wonder what I want this time. Well, it's simple. When I first transmitted I mostly used fear gas, but one TV got fear gas plus madness gas. You know what this means, citizens. One of you will go mad and become a criminal, and even better-I will let you figure out who it is... before it's too late."

Scarecrow disappeared, but the transmission was still on. Suddenly, Scarecrow jumpscared the screen, which then stopped.

(The plan was clearly not deadly. It simply makes fear gas transmit through TV.)

Scarecrow turned the computer on, suddenly transmitting the signal to all TVs. A man named Zachary was home after his work as an Arkham Guard when Scarecrow's blast came on TV. His worst fear materialized in front of his eyes: Cthulhu. He was slowly starting to feel mad, then slightly dead...
Then the blast ended. Cthulhu disappeared. Scarecrow himself appeared on TV. He said:

"Dear citizens of Gotham. I am Jonathan Crane, but you may call me the Scarecrow. You may wonder what happened: Fear Gas. I used it to show you your worst fears. You best cooperate, or another blast of Fear Gas comes on. Now you might ask: Where am I? That is confidential. But I may tell you this: Don't delay your future, for us villains will one day rule the whole world. Accept your fates, heck, you can even join us! But if you are a hero... I WILL FIND YOU."

The transmission ended, and Zachary continues watching football. What he didn't know is that the fear gas was driving him insane slowly.
