Name: "The Kid" (nobody gonna know his real name, hes just the kid)

Personality: The Kid is a wacky character, who speaks in riddles and plays on words such as "That's because I'm elemental, my dear Waterson". He seems to be very skilled, yet you wouldn't think it because the way he gibbers makes him seem insane. He often talks to himself. He also has great knowledge of underground places, this may relate to him being a lone explorer during his childhood but is unclear.
Appearance: The Kid is described as having spiky hair, a women's leather jacket with no sleeves, a dress and tartan trousers. People comment on this and say that he's weird. Even when he washes, his hair stays straight up and spiky. Mad Matt calls him "
Backstory (optional): The Kid never seems to talk about his parents, although he does reference his Uncle and his Granddad when he talks about music and Alberitch's cave. Not much is known about him.He plays a major role in Mad Matt's religion as The Goat - a trickster who tries to mislead Small Sam (The Lamb in Matt's religion) but in the real world, this does not happen.
Other: The Kid is loyal to Small Sam to the point that he relies on Sam to make all the decisions. They never want to be apart. The Kid says at many points that he'll go with what Small Sam says, such as when they leave the tower. They argue sometimes, in a friendly way.

Age: 15
Personality: When Matt is poisoned by Carbon Monoxide, he becomes a religious fanatic and never stops babbling about the word of God, although beforehand he wasn't the slightest bit religious. In his opinion, those who sin end up dead and those who live are true believers. He tells everybody not to mourn people who are dead as they were sinners. Everybody considers him mad, even Archie who was his closest friend. He is extremely obsessive with The Lamb and has a never-ending song being played in the cathedral. He also sacrifices kids to a cannibal named wormwood to appease him.
Appearance: bald, yellowed skin.
Backstory (optional): leads a cult about "the goat" and "the lamb", intent upon killing and sacrificing them both. batsh*t crazy.

Name: small sam
Age: 8
Personality: Sam is described by The Kid as a very brave, very lucky person. He is also pretty loyal, as shown by when he risked his own life to try and save The Kid and try to see his sister. He is known for liking knights. On the run from cultists with The kid and his sister.
Appearance: Sam is called small Sam because he is small. He is also descried regularly as looking like Mad Matt's made-up god "The Lamb." With fair hair and white skin, freckles, and often wearing light clothes.

Name: ella
Age: 7
Personality:Ella is a kind young girl who is fearful of nearly everything. She is afraid of adults and fears having to fight them. Although she is very much afraid of most things, she is also shown to be brave when needed and trusting of others.
Appearance: almost identical to sam, but with long hair and a pink floral dress.
Backstory (optional):Ella is the younger sister of Small Sam. Before going on the run with him from mad matt, they lived with their mum and dad in a bad neighbourhood, till their parents were killed by mad matts cult. She is often shown missing her family.
