Pure seriousness, I know that is the rule, but waiting for every vote does slow down the progress of the game. I didn't add that because
a) Hard rule to follow
b) frankly, the longer the wait, the slower the game
c) this is virtual, unlike irl, there are no promises everyone will get there, people have lives outside of PH
Yes, someone's gonna be inactive and get killed.
BUT, that is why I have the active rule~
(Not perfect, but it is basically a warning in itself anyway)
