You're amongst the minority. Around 25 percent of the world are born with defects in their blood, or bones, nobody is yet sure, that gifts them the growth of animal's features or even magical powers. Fear made the world turn against you, and just as hope seemed scarce an unknown figure identified simply as 'V' gave you shelter, gave you haven and light in an academy. The Academy For The Magically Gifted in a town sheltered from the world. At long last, you were free, with a town and an academy to study in so you could invoke and harness the power that was locked inside. Living in the academy's walls you grow your magic and hide yourself from the world.

But then, something is released into the academy. Teeth like jagged shards of glass. Horrible amber eyes. Snaked tongue. Matted fur. The stench of rotting meat. Claws that rival knives. Those tall, malevolent monsters. You need to fend off these creatures while keeping up with your studies, and perhaps you'll meet the one who saved you, gave you this faith.

That false, false faith.

Your world fell into a panic-stricken zombie-ridden apocalyptic one years ago. Salvation is scarce and you can barely get by. You feel the will to go on slip away.. But then he showed up. Someone else. Yes he had no leg but he was friendly, and he was a survivor who took you to a bunker with other survivors. Just as you felt all hope lost he showed up and you, you were safe.

But you always need to be careful with trust, could take years to make, seconds to break. If only you'd knew that the real enemies weren't the zombies you fought off, no. Perhaps it was amongst you, and in truth it could've saved this world before this whole mess started and destroyed your lives. You need to find that something, or someone out before it's too late and you're lost with all the swallowed up hope.

Question is, what, or who, is terrorizing your land?

And do you have such will-power in such hard times?
