The tensioning of the rope Gummy leaned to was a bit unexpected, so she raised her headand antennae in a attempt to notice what -or who- caused it. Upon realizing it was Tokko, she calmed down a little and slithered faster towards the side he was, just in case he gets tired or the breeze turned intro a gust.

''Yaaay'' the Sliggoo mumbled, still laying in the ground. As she stood up, bits of soil stuck on her gooey body, which she slowly and carefully started removing. ''T-thank you, I uh...'' not looking at other individual's eyes -or anything for that matter- seemed like an advantage, as without eye contact there was less reasons to be nervous, or so she first thought; only to realize later that now that she's blind, the main way to know to notice how others felt, along with other things, was lost. ''Thanks a lot!''

After cleaning herself of all the soil, which combined with her slime looked mode like mud, Gummy managed to only nod at Tokko's question and followed him. Crossing the bridge was pretty frightening and she was still shaky, but the rescue had a higher priority and this time she wasn't working alone.

''D-do you?'' the snail chirped and almost instantly, regretted making it. '' I-I mean, it's obvious t-that everyone fears something and-'' Aren't rescuers supposed to be fearless? Gummy knew that was silly; she became one after all, but she couldn't shake off that thought. Idealizing the Togekiss like that made things worse.

''Sure, let's go'' Although she couldn't tell the size of the scorch marks, they had a rather subtle smell, which meant that they were done some hours ao. Could these could be done by the same something that destroyed the gate? if so, colud it be around? what about the Starly? Gummy shuddened at those thoughts, but Tokko seemed cheerful about the whole situation so maybe it's not that bad, right?

Inside the cave, there was only the light coming from the entrance. The dragon-type could easily notice her surroundings with her antennae, but her partner wouldn't have it that easy. ''Wouldn't you have trouble here? I-I mean, it's a cave'' She gesture at a road that will lead them higher inside the mountain. ''If I remember correctly, this is near the place where the chick went before being reported as lost'' Gummy gulped, hoping that she remembered that right.

''Oh uh, alright'' muttered Gummy, almost whispering. It seemed unfair that, even if they don't know each other much, she couldn't tell anything about herself. Slowly, she followed Tokko towards the bridge. I just lived in a house with an human family. It wasn't really bad, right? She'll have to somehow, figure out a way know how he fells about humans...

There was a small breeze that made the gate move very slightly, which was the last thing the Sliggoo wanted. For another pokemon it wouldn't be much of a problem, but the movement and lack of a solid ground made her dizzy. She slithered very slowly, grabbing one of the cords to keep some equillibrium. Asking the Togekiss for some help seemed like a good idea, except that if he touchs her, he would be poisoned again. ''Only a bit more, almost done'' the snail whispered to herself in a attemp to keep calm.

As she reached the other side, Gummy flopped down for a moment. It was embarrasing for her, especially for making him wait that much. '' S-sorry for that, c-can we continue n-now?''

The dungeon looked rather imposing and something felt wrong for her, there were some scents, as if someone was around and something burned down. Gummy felt like asking Tokko if he could sense that, but she wasn't sure about a Togekiss's sense of smell. Shortly after she found out the source, parts of the ground and a bush near the cave entrance were scorched. Were those signs of a fight?
