Nova sat down beside Asriel, removing her mask and placing a hand on his shoulder. "Azzy. You were my first true friend. I know you. Your heart is too big to kill a person, and that's your best feature. Me on the other hand..." she trailed off, and Anna knelt beside her. "No one is forcing you to make an army, hon."

The hall the group were walking down suddenly opened into an underground room, beautiful etchings of balerias (baisically hippocampi but can fly) and dragons and all sorts of other mythical beasts carved into the wall and inlayed with jewels. Nova suddenly turned and sealed the entrance with a word "Castio. Now. I bet you one of you at leat once has wondered why we saved you. Was it from the goodness of our hearts? No. We saved you from the Inquisition because you have powers. Powers that can be used for many things. We are The Quills, a group of Defermane that have banded together that works to overthrow the current royalty and the Inquisition, and restore Defermana equality. You have already met Hazel," Nova explained, gesturing to Asriel, then Anna, "and that is the Alchemist, but you are to refer to me as The Lady, or simply Lady. My maid, Stella, will escort you to your rooms. We will visit you one at a time to assess your powers."
