	I personally like this suggestion- only if it goes under the Safe Mode (Misc. Settings). There is already a feature like this for the Daycare, also in the Safe Mode, though. [Read more]

For one, PH already uses a similar way to do this through caching. The result is that the images are pre-cached on your device and therefore are pretty much what you asked for. (Of course, the actual page data and everything else would be exactly the same.)
Since you're not suggesting any changes in the layout, I'd say this is pretty much the same thing as the normal way PH works, and replacing all the images in the entire page with counterparts on your device would be rather an annoying bit to code.

Also, HTML can be used in a variety of exploits- this results in anywhere from a general nuisance to a full-blown security leak.
If Riako limits the functions you guys can use, it'll be pointless anyway- people will continuously request for those features to be unlocked, too.

In my opinion, BBCode is perfectly fine and easy to use.

(Stylish uses CSS, which can modify certain color attributes in the HTML but not the actual site. However, HTML could actually modify the page to an extent where it couldn't be considered a userpage.)
