(Has a comic villain ever actually threatened civilians? No! They all were: Kill Batman, Kill Batman, KILL BATMAN! Now, someone succeeded and they may actually focus on what they are made to do: true evil. Attacking a superhero is not true evil!)

Scarecrow's physical form returned to him and he escaped before Replica and Misconcept came. He somehow got to Gotham, and this time, he was up to do more damage than any villain ever.
