(Hair found on or near a body that doesn't belong to the cadaver is evidence that the person the hairs belong to may have been around the victim around the time of death. But it could be planted there to keep the police from catching the killer. We know Catwoman was there. We know Batman supposedly fell. What we don't know is what happened after. And she has no motives to kill him. Plus we can rule out accident because it is out of place to the characters.)

Depending on which costume she wears she keeps it covered so none of it can fall out. She is a professional thief. And professionals never on purposely eave evidence linking them to the crime.)
