Dave finally made it into the city. He started to look around the place, going into shops and other stuff. He quickly realized that he didn’t have any milk left back home, so he went in a store to pick some up. Unfamiliar with the place, he looked around to find the milk section. He finally got there, and he was ready to grab some milk. He grabbed some, but something felt odd around him. He looked down and he saw a dead animal stuffed in there. “Woah, the heck?!” Dave said, shocked. He took a step back, and was ready to alert someone until he turned back around. The animal was gone and the only things on the shelf were bottles of milk. He took a look at his milk, and then back up. “...” He was in complete silence. “It must of been my imagination, but it couldn’t be. It’s was too real.” He payed the milk and got out. “I’ll feel better when I’m back home” Dave said, running in the direction of his house.

Dave has only just woke up from his nap. He got up from bed. Dave had been living on a hill with a few humans and monsters, away from all the busy places. He sighed, walking into his kitchen making some cereal. His home was a mediocre sized, cozy house that he called home. Dave brought the cereal in the living room, slowly eating the cereal. “It’s nice to have this kind of life.” Dave said with a smile. Perfectly suited for him, his neighbors where calm and nice, he had a cozy home, and no chaos was going on. He decided to walk out after he finished his cereal. He went up a steep hill to have an astounding view of the city near him. “Why not?” Dave said as he started making his way towards the city.

William looked at each Pokémon. “Hmm...” William thought. “What Pokémon best suits me?” William looked over at the cheerful hoppip, the confident spheal, and the energetic houndour. When William was still thinking, the houndour ran and crashed into William, knocking them both on the floor. The houndour started licking William with a happy expression. Professor Deodar walked over. “For my years of studying Pokémon, I’ve never seen a Pokémon choose it’s trainer before!” Deodar said. William sat up and started to pet the houndour. “Alright, then! Houndour you are going to be my first Pokémon!” William said. The houndour started running circles around William. Deodar walked to a desk with three Pokéballs, grabbed one, and walked back to William. “Here is houndour’s Pokéball!” Deodar said, smiling. William grabbed the Pokéball. “I have one other thing, but before that...” Deodar said. Then another to-be-trainer came running in, and then stopped, catching his breath. “Heya, Deodar! I’m here to get my first Pokémon!” The trainer said. “Ah yes, Ryan. You can choose from these Pokémon.” Ryan crouched down to see all of Pokémon. “Hmm...this one!” Ryan said, pointing towards a spheal. “Okay, then. Here is spheal’s Pokéball!” Deodar said, handing it to Ryan. Soon, Ryan noticed William standing there. He got up. “Heya trainer! What your name?” William walked over to Ryan. “Well, my name is William!” William said with a smile. “My name is Ryan, nice to meet you!” Ryan looked over to see a Pokémon standing next to William. “Wow! You got a starter too?” Ryan said. Willam pet the houndour. “Yep!” William said. Ryan jumped up in excitement. “Then let’s have a Pokémon battle!” Ryan said. Deodar walked over to both of them. “Battling with a Pokémon is one way to bond with it, so I’ll referee the battle. Later, Ryan was on one side, William on the other, and Professor Deodar in the center. “Alright, Battle begin!” Deodar said.

“Wha...?” William had just woke up from his dream. He could see the bright sun shining down on his face, not a cloud in sight. Then, his mother rushed into the room. “William! You should be heading off by now!” His mom said. William had completely forgot that today was the start of his journey. A smile of excitement and delight was showed by his face. “Right!” William said. He grabbed his backpack and his running shoes and put them on. “You know where to go, right?” His mom said. “Yep! Go down and take a left!” William responded. He ran off saying “Goodbye!”. “Wow! The time has come to get my first Pokémon!” He thought. He rushed over to the lab thinking of what Pokémon would be waiting for him. He soon arrived at the lab. Hi professor Deodar! The professor was typing something on the computer, and then he turned around. “Oh, hello William! Are you ready to get your own Pokémon?” William nodded “yes” to the Professor. “Yeah! I’m so excited to see my new Pokémon pal!” William said. The professor smiled. “Alright then, come on out, all of you!” Deodar said.

James kept on rolling around, having a lot of fun and trying to increase his speed. He succeeded, but he had no idea where he was going. He suddenly realized he was heading straight for water, trying to slow himself down. James hit a rock, bouncing him upwards, and fell right into the water. He went back to the land, catching his breath. Soon afterwards, James shook off all the water from on him.

Being overly energetic, James quickly rolled around on the ground. Although he did stop sometimes, checking if he was safe. He then kept rolling on the ground, until he hit a rock and bruised his head. James got up, and gently rubbed his head. James was really excited to be a glaceon, since he loved slipping and sliding on ice. To him it was something interesting how you could just slide on it.
