There are, occasionally, such incidents when you have typed 200-300 words in a feed (or a comment) posted it without reading and closed the browser. Later on, after re-opening the browser, you find a grammatical error in your feed or comment. Then you will have to copy the text, delete the feed/comment, paste it in the textbox, edit it and then re-post it. Instead of all that annoyance, if there was a feature to edit the feeds or comments like we have in the Forums (or on Facebook, for example) it would be easier for us to edit feeds and comments. When you type a smiley directly (or a smiley followed by a whitespace) into someone's Pal Pad (or in the Notifications), that BB Code doesn't get converted into a smiley. What is the solution? Maybe Riako should re-build the conversion system (or possibly, use the NBBC library). :) [Read more] |
