Severus Snape was crushed to hear of
Lily Potter's death. His heart was shattered and he now only had
one friend left. Ami. They had both been friends with Lily in
school and her passing drew them together. When the pain of loss
subsided Snape and Ami grew closer together, eventually having a
daughter Kenna. They loved their child with all their heart even
after she was taken. She had been fast asleep on the bench beside
her mother while her dad paid for ice cream. Ami couldn't have been
looking away for more than a minute when she noticed her daughter
was gone. She thought at first she had just gone to the washroom
but she was nowhere to be seen. "She's only 5 she couldn't have
gone far on her own!" They thought in terror.
Kenna woke up hours later in a lab surrounded by glass like a fish in a tank. Someone had been experimenting on her and she was in pain. The taste of Polyjuice Potion lingered and the prolonged exposure over the next few months caused her to permanently take on some of the counterparts characteristics. She had a second set of ears here eyes were now two different colours, one pink and one blue. Her hair grew long and strawberry pink like that of the cat she had fused with. Like her, he was one of a kind and not natural. When the encasing swung open she was facing a man she would eventually grow fond of like parent. She thought of him as her saviour since she never saw the face of her tormentor. Six years she spent with him until Voldemort destroyed her home and killed the only family she remembered. Keena spent two more years trying to rebuild her home. She picked up some magic here and there near the end and that's when she got her letter "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry". She was excited but that quickly turned to sorrow when she remembered how alone she was now. Becoming a Neko at a young age made Keena quite shy and apprehensive towards people. She was always kind and tried to look on the bright side as much as possible even though she wasn't like anyone she had ever seen. Hagrid was a great help in getting her ready, showed her the best place to get her ears pieced and even saw her off at platform non and three quarters. She met Hermione on the train and talked to the boys briefly before switching coaches. She didn't see what all the hype was about. "So what you-know-who killed his parents. He killed mine too!" She thought. The time came when the sorting hat was placed atop her head, hiding her cat ears. When her name was called Severus Snape looked up in disbelief. Could it be his Keena? HUFFLEPUFF is hissed as it had many times before snapping Snape from his momentary daydream as he saw her catlike ears emerge from beneath the hat. "It couldn't be." he thought slumping back into his regular funk. Still he watched her grow and slowly realized this girl was his. She met Hermione a second time in the library and they began to bond over their love of learning. She was reintroduced to Ron and Harry and quickly became a friend in their group. It also made Hermione's life easier having someone else to tutor the boys in potions which Keena was a natural at having grown up in a lab helping her captor. The Weasley Twins, as mischievous as they were sought her out to help with their pranks. They figured her cat like abilities would make it easier for her to get in places they couldntand she loved pranking people too. She even used some of those tricks in defence against the dark arts. Pocketed stink bombs or smoke clouds were some of her favourites since her stealth allowed her to move without disturbing the fog. Draco was first to discover her weakness of sound but despite her growing affection for him she didn't hold back.  "OH MY GOSH! I LOVE IT SO MUCH! You're amazing, and your writing is awesome!" Show

Dark was a very powerful being of the
underworld, one might even say the most powerful of the demons. He
and Anti were by far the top of the heap. Being at the top comes
with it's own liabilities, even more so as a demon in a
relationship with his second. The two of them lived on Earth
instead of in hell but there was a problem though, they wanted a
child, and it was hard enough for demons to reproduce as it was,
let alone two men. The met in secret and decided to create a child
using the basic components of a human. Water, Carbon, Ammonia and
twenty three other elements. All they needed, was a soul.
Although conjuring a soul and building a child using magic can be done with the right science it's never exactly what you expect. Dark and Anti poured their energy into the pile of elements for over an hour. Finally the pile took form and they heard a small cry come from their new creation. The light glistened over the girl's silvery white hair so much so it rivalled the moon's own light. It seemed only fitting they name the child Luna. As the got closer they noticed the girl wasn't fully formed as a human. She had cat light features including a set of pointed ears atop her head. As Luna grew she became a bubbly little sweetheart. Kind hearted people don't last in this world though they become targets. Demons and monsters both supernatural and otherwise started coming after her. People she thought were friends turned on her, one even pulled a knife out and cut her up, slicing her face and torso. She was laying on the street in her own blood when a surgeon spotted her on his way home from work. He barley saved her life, her body healed but her scars were more than just physical. She learned to read people's auras to determine if they were good people or more monsters. It came at a toll on her vision though making her eyesight blurry over time. Even though she was a better judge of character though she never trusted the same way again. She could only trust the doctor and her dads. Everyone else? They'd have to earn her good graces. Pepushi was just a joey when his mum
killed my hunters in protected grounds. One of his rescuers was
close by when the shot rang out through the sanctuary. Pepushi was
lucky to be unharmed and found a new home with the woman who saved
her. Unfortunately the woman was on an exchange program that was
ending. She would be moving back to Japan in only a few weeks.
Pepushi was too young to be left alone and wouldn't take food from
anyone else so she decided to keep him. During the flight she
stayed by his cage even though he was sedated. He didn't mind being
moved elsewhere but the many buildings confused him.
Over the years their bond grew stronger and his energy became too much for her to contain. One day while she was at work Pepushi broke out to try and find her in his boredom. He was a kangaroo loose in Japan. He saw someone that looked like her and followed them into a big factory. Pepushi looked around and saw a huge vat of what he thought was water. By now he had been out all day with nothing to drink so he jumped into the container. The wild berry Pepsi flowed around him as the machine kicked on. When he jumped in some of the liquid escaped and fried the controls sending a jolt of electricity through the fluid and himself. He kicked and flailed cracking the vat and dumping thousands of gallons onto the factory floor. He was wet and upset but unharmed. He was brought to a nearby rescue centre where luckily he found his owner hard at work. She tried desperately to clean him off but no matter how many baths he got he was stuck as a blue roo. He was getting too energetic for her small one room apartment and she decided to take him back to the wild. Once Pepushi was back in Australia she opened the cage and put his leash on. He heard a familiar sound and looked around. Excited to see other kangaroos he quickly ran over to them and continued to chase as they fled from his unusual colour. His leash got caught on a branch and snapped, reminding him he had left his human friend behind. He looked around lost and confused. Another odd coloured creature came up to him and sniffed his fur. It was a dog who was clearly exhausted from running from something. Suddenly Pepushi heard a howl followed by snarling. A pack of wolves had been hunting the bright coloured dog, hoping for a nice meal. Pepushi wasn't fully grown yet but was was strong and he knew how to use his tail. Like a machine he would lean back, spring forward and kick the wolves anywhere he could. They retreated, for now, and he managed not to get too hurt in the process. He turned around and the dog snuggled up to him in thanks. He man not have know where he was or where he would go from here but at least he had a friend to keep him company now.  "Awww! Guppy's parents had 6 eggs. They nestled them nicely in the mud of a hot spring and gathered food for their eventual hatching. One day, while his mother was out, the nearby volcano rumbled. Guppy stirred in his egg and was anxious to find where the noise came from. That was the day he hatched, only he hatched. The volcano had scared the dragons around the area and they stampeded passed, stomping through the nest, and cracking the ground. Lava exploded through the crevice and poured over the other 5 eggs. Guppy had already leapt out of the spring and into a nearby river looking to play. The current swept him up and he danced through the water with joy. When the current stopped pushing him, Guppy was at the jaws of a cave. Having only just been born, the baby sewing didn't know to stay away from the cave so he ventured in. The little dragon splashed around in the shallows of the shaded pool. This was his first time out of hot water and it was very relaxing to him. Little did he know someone was watching him, someone with powers. The carefree hatchling spun and jumped like a dolphin but with his eyes closed he bumped into the wall. The tremor sent some runes falling to the ground and the creature in the darkness roared in fury. A huge animus dragon stomped out of the shadows and grabbed the poor little creature. He cursed the dragon hatchling to be small forever so that he would always have to fight to survive. He threw Guppy out of the cave and into a pond. Guppy didn't know he had been cursed he just knew he was no longer allowed in the cave. Guppy's father saw the eggs get taken by the lava but he noticed that one of the eggs was empty. He had been searching for his missing hatchling and saw the baby thrown from the cave. He flew to his side and guided him back to the mother. She scooped her child in her arms excitedly. Tears ran down her checks that she had one baby to look after even though she was meant to have 6. The volcano had finished it's eruption but they knew now this area wasn't safe. The three dragons had to move through the streams to find a new home. In the process they found a few hatchlings whose parents had been lost and decided to take them in as friends for Guppy. Eventually they settled in a small pond surrounded by thick bushes and trees at the base of a mountain. Guppy was happy to have friends to play with and didn't care that they were growing up without him. They were now almost the size of his parents while Guppy had barely grown at all. A hungry Pidgeot swooped down and grabbed Suibreon in it's talons. The bird flew towards it's nest in the mountains where it's hungry babies waited. Suibreon fought and struggled until the Pidgeot released his talons dropping the poor pokemon into the snow. Suibreon shook the powder from her head and glared at the Pidgeot before starting back down the mountain. Suibreon had been walking for nearly an hour when she was confronted by a group of Snover and Abomasnow. She held her ground and hid her fear trying to look tougher than she wanted to be. One Abomasnow used brick break knocking the young Suibreon further down the mountain. She quickly used sunny day* and headed down the mountain while the attackers were blinded. After a short time of running she slipped on some ice and rolled into a snowball. Nearing the bottom of the mountain, now as a boulder sized snowball, she was stopped by a trainer and their Charizard. The Charizard caught the ball and slowly melted it with his tail freeing the pokemon inside. Suibreon shook from the shock and her timid nature but quickly thanked the man and his pokemon with a bow before running off. Finally safe again on flat ground Suibreon snuck into a pokecenter to for some food. She was lucky to be part ice type but was very hungry from her long day. Nurse Joy was pleased to give the adorable pokemon a bed and some pokemon treats and snacks. After her long adventure Suibreon was more than happy to settle her head in a safe soft bed for the night. *I checked the moves that were possible by both suicune and umbreon. AstroCat's Show

A blinding light cut through the darkness of the night sky. Then a large tremble shook the world like an earthquake. Debris fell from the sky and as the fiery blast subsided the villagers noticed a whole planet was missing. Malakai was at it again. Taking lives and destroying worlds. The rulers of the multiverse had no choice now. They decided to merge the DNA of the most powerful races with the unborn child of one of the strongest warriors. Surely this child would save the universes even if they had to live in darkness for now at least, there would be hope. Months passed and soon the special child was born, but wait, twins? Which of these children could be the saviour created by the angels? As the children grew their parents noticed their daughter, Kai, was very withdrawn compared to her brother. “Surely someone so weak willed couldn’t be the one who absorbed the DNA” her father thought. He felt strongly that his son was the new power race created to win the wars. He was so sure of himself that he decided to take action. Kai’s father took up his sword and struck down his wife. As she lay there fighting for her life he grabbed his son and prepared his next attack. He aimed his sword at his own daughter. “There’s no use for you anymore. I’m going to take your brother and raise him to do my bidding. A creature like him must possess unimaginable power” Kai was scared, how could her own father betray them? How could he join Malakai. Wait. He didn’t join him. They were one and the same! The same man who aided in the creation of their saviour sought to corrupt him. The betrayal Kai felt set something off inside of her. She looked away from the man she once respected and her powers began to bubble up inside her. She felt red hot with her new found energy as she raced towards her brother and Malakai. Her speed had increased to the point their eyes could barely keep up with her movements. He went to swing the word but it’s weight slowed his movements. She struck her father with such speed and such force that he was knocked backwards and cut by his own sword. Kai grabbed her brother’s hand and raced towards the balcony of their house. They pair quickly made their way down the fire escape but the ladder was old and rusted. They could hear Malakai getting up and regaining his composure from the wound he received. The noise started them and they lost their grip on the rungs. Kai’s brother reached out and grabbed his sister’s wrist but the join weight made the bar he was holding snap. They fell straight down into what they thought was a black hole. The explosion from the planets had opened many small portals to other worlds and they had just fallen into one. How could that be? Even the elders were unable to travel between worlds so easily. Could it be the DNA the received allowed to use the portals at will? Whatever it was they were safe for the time being. It was time they right their terrible father’s wrong doings and set the balance of the worlds back in place. [Read more] |
