So.. should he do it? Sure it was embarrassing saying something so chuunibyou out loud, but it was definitely better than whatever Alaire thought of in the beginning.

Just thinking about sent down a shudder down his spine.

Steadying his spirit, Yohan cleared his throat. Time was running out, trying it was better than not. If he fails, all he'll lose was some face that's all. Yes, just some face.

"I hereby declare, Elias Winter, Blake Revere, Alaire Atlas and... Perceval as my allies in war..." Yohan tried to speak confidently, but with a heart of doubt, it ended it up sounding awkward near the end.

Did he say everything correctly? Or was he suppose to base it of like in the ancient textbooks? Yohan has no idea whether that worked or not.

As a matter of fact, because he didn't know whether it worked or not, Yohan's face burned in shame. He combed his hair back with his hands, muttering, "It was all your fault." Or "I shouldn't have listened.."

But before everyone's eyes, a system notification lit up.

"...What...?" Shieta cups her face with her hands and draws out a long soft sigh. Parsley? Pistachio? What..? Did she mean that she was not a plant but a nut?

Confusion overclouded Shieta judgement, and overbooted her system. This caused Shieta to close her eyes, and slowly inhale and exhale due to the interesting information she just recieved. She even had to do a double take upon Elvira making sure the teleportation didn't teleport her brain and swapped it with someone else's. Thankfully, that was the case.

But unfortunately, that didn't make the information any easier to digest.

Resigned to her fate of extreme confusion, Shieta patted Elvira's hand that was currently resting on her shoulders, signaling that she was alright, and that she can stop now.

"I.. I shall not question what I just heard. I'm feeling better now ok? Let's move on." It wasn't a good idea to just stay where they are right not, when it would be dark soon. Plus, she needs something to divert her attention away from the red-head.

A silver curly haired female stood infront of the door open ajar. Inside, was what it seems to be an extremely cozy tavern, while behind her was a dark alleyway. This wouldn't seem to be any strange, if only the tavern has always been here.

The silver curly haired female was Shieta RaVil, a 19 years old female who looks just as malnourished as she was short. With her clearly confused gorgeous silver-ish blue eyes, her pale pink lips wore a frown.

Afraid that she was hallucinating, she closed the door and opened it once again, only to see the same setting of the empty tavern. She then tried again, open, then close, open, then close. The whole process repeats multiple times, before Shieta gives up with a sigh, seeing how the strange phenomenon wasn't going to give her library back, it was as if the tavern was welcoming her to come inside.

Which, was what Shieta exactly did after a few second of deliberation.

Afterall, if she can't solve the problem from the outside, poison it from the inside.

Plus, it may even do her some good..? Though she does doubt it.

Wait. Hold up.

Yohan paused, perhaps were they thinking far to deep into it? Perhaps it was really just as simple as declaring it. It.. might really not be as complicated as they thought it was.

"..That.. That might actually work. Perhaps you are onto something." Despite the fact that, that women Alaire was quite annoying in Yohan's eyes. That doesn't mean she wasn't competent. If anything, from what Yohan had observed from the side-lines, she knew how to use her resources.

But ofcourse, was Yohan going to say all that outloud? No f'ing way. That women was still annoying at the end of the day.

"That's too-" Yohan tried to speak up before he cut himself off. He then realized, did they even had any better idea at this point? At any moment, the sea serpent could notice them, and by then, it would be game over.

Brushing his hair back once again, irritation and frustration just kept piling up. So much for a truce it seems.

"Do you have any shame Miss Alaire? Plus, where are we going to find tinfoil here?" Yohan forcefully smiled at her, with his fist clenched, vein popping out. Which also meant 'Are you trying to make me die of anger? If not, then please I ask you to politely shut up or else I may actually die before I hit my 30's'.

Ah, this must've been her ability isn't it. How annoying.

"Whatever. We don't have time to bicker like this anyways."

Yohan grumbled, and decided to have a temporary truce for now. There wasn't any reason for them to fight anyways. Well, maybe except for the fact that her abilities are coincidently made extremely disadvantage for him.

Yohan silently shifted away from Perceval's gaze with confusion in his eyes. Why was he considered The Tyrant in the first place anyways? Once again, another question left unanswered inside his head made Yohan just further and further annoyed.

But putting that question aside, he carefully scanned his character trait again. But no matter how deep he reads in between the lines, he still doesn't understand.

How does one swear their allegiance to him?

"I would love to try that.. if I knew how. Unfortunately, there isn't any instruction manuals on [How to swear your allegiance with someone]." Yohan sighed, and brushed his hair back in frustration. He didn't even knew why he was considered a tyrant in the first place!

It wasn't as if he had some sort of control fetish or anything..

Despite how dim their surroundings are, Elvira's smile still seems to shine and overpower everything. Somehow, this made Shieta just slightly bit better.

Just slightly.

Holding back a smile and a chuckle, Shieta coughed into her first. Her eyes shined with amusement. Who in the world would feel comforted by the red-heads lousy comforting? Well, Shieta supposed she fell for it. Funny how things turned out this way.

Snapping herself back into reality, she almost let herself forgot the severity of the situation! It would have been fine, if she was the only one who was affected by their current predicament, but Shieta dragged Elvira into this mess. Thus she has to be responsible for it.

"..You are over-praising me. I clearly brought us to this predicament against your will.. I should be responsible for it." Shieta muttered darkly, clenching her fist, guilty.

During the whole entire interaction between Elias and Alaire, Yohan has kept himself quiet in the background. Instinctively, he realized that atleast this basic amount of communication and trust is needed if they wanted to further continue working together as a team in the future.

This made Yohan hesitant.

He wasn't used to voicing out his fragile thoughts out in the open, and just like any other typical introverts, is rather close-off. Would much rather let his dark thoughts brew than to vent them out, much less to strangers nonetheless.

But.. it wasn't as if he really had a choice.. did he?

Unfortunately, before he could mull over the issue any further, a notification popped up.

Yohan paused, before muttering [Status Window] under his breath softly. What were the systems going to show them now?

The blue holographic screen appeared and flickered in front of his eyes upon command.

The [Tyrant] has the ability to create 3 rules, that all people under his eyes must obey by. 1 rule for civilians, 1 rule followed by his solders, and 1 rule for the enemy. As long as the rules are written down clearly, they have to be followed. It's range is limited by the scenario, and the powers are limited in the beginning, from debuffs and buffs, to limits of actions to something even more extraordinary as the ability levels up. It can only be used once per scenario and cannot be changed. The rules would be canceled once the medium is destroyed.

	Pull yourself together Ayran! Ayran resisted the urge to slap himself in the face, and stood up from the grassy ground. He didn't put away his gunblades, and instead kept them at bay, ready to fire incase anything unexpected pops up. He joined the group in a simple manner and didn't say anything. "En. I'm sorry, I'll think about it next time." Shieta muttered offhandedly, clearly not listening, she was more focused on examining the scroll, and observing their current location. And from the looks of it, it doesn't seem like anywhere she has been to before.

How strange.

Limpidly standing up, and awkwardly using Elvira as a support, getting close, but not close at the same time; she put the bloodied handkerchief back into her duffle bag, and silently enjoyed the cozy warmth sent off by the other person.

"...Anyways, i'm sorry about all this.. This wasn't where I planned to take us." Shieta bit her lips, guilty. "Now.. I don't know what happened, nor where we are.. I'm sorry..." Shieta hung her head low, and clenched her fist.

Everything could have been prevented if she just... just refused.

The worst thing it could happen was for the plan to fail, inwhich in turn would make the sea serpent notice them. Other than that, if the plan actually worked just as Elias has stated, it'll only bring good to the group. So at the end of the day, there wasn't much that he could lose except his life, Yohan mused.

"..I suppose, but I do have a question." Yohan crossed his arms and narrowed his eyes, spying upon the sea serpent rampaging in the distance, before turning his head back to Elias.

"How are we supposed to buy those 3 seconds for you? Or do you even need us to help you?" Yohan inquired with a raise of his eyebrow.
