	when i was a newbie,no one actually mentored me and the first pm i had was "hi" thats it.with a new update tho,it would make the mentoring better and make the pms more meaningful.I love helping,but sometimes newbies dont reply and many dont care tho(so maybe cut the whole thing tho,cuz many could just go to forums,go to introductions,and mentor them) [Read more]
