Form
RP name: Spectress
Appearance: Is the average height of a Gardevoir, has purple hair, wears a black dress along with a black cloak and is missing her right eye where her other one is black.
Behavior: Does not show any emotion except if someone annoys her then she shows extreme aggressiveness.
History: Spectress suffered a rough life because she kept getting attacked non-stop by her older brother which was a Gallade. She was also cursed seeing as she could use fire moves which really aided her at times. As Spectress turned into a Gardevoir, her emotions were sealed off except her aggression. After another day of getting beaten up by her brother, she eventually used a powerful fire move and accidentally ended her brother's life off in pure anger. Since then, she has been wondering around, trying to release her emotions and remove the fire in her soul.
Pokemon: Gardevoir
Powers: Fiery soul: Can use any fire move even if its suppose to be unique. Also sports the damage boost as if her typing wasn't fire.
Others: Takes slight damage (1-10% of her health) every time she uses a fire move.

Certain pokemon can't be obtained currently such as Cherrim Sunny, all rotom forms, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Darkrai, Victini, Darmanitan's Zen mode, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus, Reshiram, Zekrom, Landorus, Meloetta and the bottom 3 Furfrou forms.

As for the Legendary Genesect, Deoxys and Arceus, you get them from completing that certain dex. As for their other forms though... it is expensive to say the least or time consuming seeing as they can't be traded.
