	Ariana's eyes widened momentarily in shock as she felt Sheera's fur against hers, but then relaxed, settling comfortably and admiring the constellations. Wow, she actually felt happy for once. Ariana gave a weak smile in response to Sheera's question. "I do not belong to any pack, and I never have. We snow leopards are solitary creatures by nature. Even so..." Her smile faded as she recalled past events. "My mother and sister were normal. When they realised I was an Elemental, much less dark, they just... Left me to look after myself."

Ariana gazed up at the stars again.

"We dark Elementals don't have a particularly good reputation, I suppose."

Ariana scoffed. "Is that what you truely believe? Has that flawed concept been reinforced all your life? True attractiveness comes not simply from appearence or pride hierachy, but from every fibre of your being - your every thought, feeling and dream. You are like a star; the raw materials that created you might not be particularly pretty, but..."

She padded past Sheera to stand on a rocky ledge just outside the cave entrance, gazing up at the seemingly delicate twinkling pricks of light against the navy velvet sky. "They come together to form pure beauty."

Ariana glanced back at the lioness. "Beauty is not a thing easily determined by a single mind. It takes others to recognise it before you even realise it's there." She paused, taking deep breaths of the cool mountain air.
"You are not 'just a female'. You are so much more. I can see it in you, and I have not been observing you for long. You can do much more than is expected of you."

Sheera had made eye contact with her for less than a second, but Ariana saw leadership, courage, strength, defiance and so much more in those deep brown pools in that short time. She was a little awe-struck, but maintained her calm demeanor in front of the lioness, who thankfully seemed to have relaxed slightly.

"Well Sheera," Ariana began, thinking of what to say so that the huntress wouldn't attack her. "First I have to say how pretty that name is. Second, I brought you here at night so I could avoid causing a commotion and also so I won't be at a disadvantage, should you happen to turn on me. And lastly, the reason I wanted to talk is because I find you..." She paused, choosing her words carefully. "Rather attractive."

Ariana took in the sight of the furious huntress for a moment. She was deliberately avoiding eye contact with Ariana, so she obviously knew what the snow leopard was capable of. Smart.

"I am Ariana." She stated clearly, slowly getting to her feet and keeping her body language neutral and calm. Now was not the time for a conflict, especially when trying to get the lioness on her side. "I brought you here simply to talk, so please forgive me for the manner in which I brought you here. You shall not come to any harm so long as you stay rational. Now, may I ask your name?"

Having climbed a little further up and around the mountain, Ariana led the huntress into another cave and gently laid her on the ground, releasing her from the hypnosis in the process. It should only take her a few moments to wake up.

Ariana settled down a few feet away, gazing at the lioness and sighing softly. Even if the huntress wasn't interested in her, at least Ariana would get to talk to her. Hopefully without conflict.

Watching from the shadows, Ariana gave a slight huff of annoyance. Now she had to deal with the problem of two other lions if she wanted to get to the huntress. True, it was night and the mountains were her natural home, but she wanted to do this in a way that wouldn't cause trouble or anger the lioness too much. Thinking for a moment, Ariana had an idea. Melting into the darkness, she drifted over to the sleeping lions and got down to eye level with the huntress. Her eyes flashed a dark red for a second, then the lioness' eyes opened and did the same. Perfect. Ariana thought to herself before getting up and walking softly out of the cave, the hypnotised lioness following closely behind.

Ariana watched the two lions converse before the large nature lion sprinted away. Normally she'd follow and see what was in that... thing, but her interest was already hooked on that lioness.

Noticing the slashed tree, Ariana stopped to inspect it. The edges of the gash were a little wet, but other than that it just appeared to have been made by a regular animal. That lioness was a skilled fighter then... The snow leopard was impressed, and she could feel her interest in the huntress growing. Now she just had to find a way to get to her without causing a scene... With her powers growing by the minute Ariana could probably take down most of the lions, but doing so certainly wouldn't help her chances with the fierce huntress. She had to plan her moves carefully.
