One of Amelia and Zavier's babies has gone off to be a part of a fancy breeding pair

The person messaged me asking for him and I gave him to them for free

The new owner gave him poison and butterfly and dressed him up and made him their avatar and put him first in their layer

and they gave me some of my wishlist items because I was nice

Well, yes, they can

The point of an age requirement, is that it's a requirement. As a PG-13 game based in the US, they have to follow certain laws, which include COPPA, to protect those who are underage from us older folks and our naughty language and e-drama.

They can't show any leniency there, or they get in trouble.

As far as getting unbanned goes, I don't think they've unlocked anyone who had been locked for being underage when their birthday came, but you can sure try
