in a dark corner of the masquerade, lady yuwaku and tsuki giggled as they conversed in the corner, eyes flitting over the men in the hall from the slits in their masks, a thick air hung over the two of them, warding off any approaching males, while making them glitter alluringly, tantalizingly out of their reach. Meanwhile, Hearth-fire twirled on the dance floor, swaying their body to the waltz, while ken nervously tried to make as little contact with hearth-fire as possible, well aware of what had happened the last time they had touched each other, involving chandeliers, assassins, floods and a very infectious plague. these four had arrived early for no apparent reason. (other than this writer being unsure how to introduce them.) Outside were three neatly parked carriages and one chariot. two carriages being green and orange, with serpent and fox designs engraved into the side while gems studded the front elegantly. the other carriage was black and quite demure, with a sad aura that reminded any who laid their eyes on it of a void. and Finally a golden chariot piled to the brim with gifts and riches, shockingly unprotected.

"I speak for nature, i have the ability to grow and control plants, while i can cook your enemies brains while its still in their skulls due to my abilities." she wisely left out the part about how she can only do it to things the size of a headto exaggerate her power. "also, i am a skilled hunter with inhuman speed,intelligence, aim, physical strength with regeneration skills, for years i've been defending a piece of land from humans that come to desecrate it, singlehandedly killing any who approaches or enters it. I believe i'd make a amazing ally, what you may call a one woman army. I also come with extraterrestrial weapons. I ask for nothing in return, only to aid the blight in ending humanity."

Jormungandr shrunk to human form and sunk beside Harpy, twirling their finger in their air calmly. like it or not, they were bound to harpy by a promise now, which he took very seriously. he was now bound to do whatever he could to help her.

sundew stared at Taboo them shrugged. she turned to "the boss" (forgor their name) and sunk to their knees, showing the respect that she felt was due. "greetings great leader of the sinners, i am sundew of the ironwood forest, and i seek to join with you to aid the blight."

	Sundew being the impetuous person she was, jumped through the portal with Taboo. Jormungandr just hugged them and told them they wouldn't fail, promising them they'll do everything in their power to help them. and just like that, Jormungandr was bound by a promise to help Harpy. [Read more]

	Jormungandr just held Harpy in their light embrace, quietly assuring them that it wasn't their fault, and that everything was going to be fine. Jormungandr frowned. Why was he even doing this? wasn't Harpy the enemy? they shook their head, and went back to hugging Harpy. they felt some sort of....connection, to them for some reason. [Read more]

Sundew frowned and prodded them in the chest curiously. "you seem human, i wonder why a human would help speed along a blight that'll help destroy them. i care not for human lives, but i cannot simply allow forests to burn down. limited as they are, the more of them burn down the more likely i am to die due to environmental energy decreasing. Are you not on the side of nature? if every sinner is like you, I'm afraid the sinner doesn't seem to be my type of company."

sundew got up to Taboos face before he could blink and hissed in his face. "This forest is under my protection, i do not care about your imperfect human sentiment and whether or not you like to burn this forest to the ground or not, nobody may hurt this forest . Otherwise, they shall risk my wrath." She paused to take a breath. "however due to the child being young, i shall spare her from the harsher of my punishments this time. besides, i'm busy heading to sign up at the sinner headquarters, wherever they are. some random guy named harpy told me about it." Turning to Rhuna, she glared at them. "She attempted to burn down my forest."

Jormungandr ignored Harpies kicks, but pulled away slightly from their embrace with Harpy just in case they weren't comfortable with it.

	Sundew snarled and waved a gun at them. "TEACH YOUR KIDS NOT TO BURN DOWN MY DAMNED FOREST OR I'LL PERSONALLY SEE THAT SHE NEVER TAKES ANOTHER BREATH AGAIN." 	Sundew threw down seeds that turned into fireproof plants, gripping the candle. pulling out a fistfull of pollen, she threw it into the air and spread it by the wind, growing a forest of fireproof plants that blocked out light, encircling Peri and acting as a maze. [Read more]

	Harpy failed, they ripped right off Jormungandrs head due to the speed and force Jormungandr was traversing at, luckily for her jormungandr turned and snatched her out of the air, stopping her from falling. [Read more]

Sundew, who just happened to be traversing the woods near Peri felt the disturbance and rushed to the scene,gaping in horror at the burning forest, they let out a screech of rage and did their best to put out the fire, eventually extinguishing it. Sundew snarled, turning to where Peri was and ran up to them, slugging them right in the face. "THATS FOR BURNING DOWN NATURE YOU MOTHER FRICKER"

	Jormungandr screeched in pain as somehow his scales that could defend oh so well from steel was maneuvered around for him to be sliced at, causing him to spread his steel wings and thrash, sending blades of steel flying everywhere, threatening to cut everybody's heads off. [Read more]
