Athena kept yowling for a few more moments, as the acid burned on her jaw. She shook her head violently, just as the acid finally burned out. She held her head still, and it could be seen that the front of her lip was completely worn away; the twisted, mangled metal underneath her fang-less gums was within full view of anyone who may look at her.

Creek rocked back and forth in Crystal's wings, trying to be calm. She slowly and tentatively nodded in response to his statement.

The acid hit the chains on Athena's snout. She shook the remnants remnants of the chains away, and opened her jaws, ready to insult the others. But then, a few globules of the acid slid across her jawline, landing along the area where her fangs should be. She shrieked in horror as the acid burned away her gums, revealing even more of the metal lining the inside of her mouth. The area the acid had ran across on her face left a faint scar; it looked a lot like a broken cobweb, strung across the corner of a doorway.

Creek shook her head. "I d...don't know." She began, her voice quivering. "But I...I...if there's no o...o..other way to s..save A..A......A.........." She abruptly stopped, and bowed her head. A few tears slipped out of her eyes, landing on the floor.

Athena tried to snap her jaws at Hornes, thinking it was the only way she could look threatening. Once again, it did not work. She stopped looking angry, after a moment, carefully watching what was going on between Tехно and Hornes.

"And this is why we can't have nice things." Magnolia sighed, thinking out loud. She looked in the other direction, tapping her talons on the ground.

Creek looked up at Crystal. "I.... I don't th...think so." She muttered in response. Whenever she thought that it was fine, her mind drifted back to Athena; Chrome could be doing anything to her in there.

	Mist wearily heaved himself to his feet, leaning against the walls as he awoke. "Urghhh..." He glanced over to his paw for a moment. "That ain't normal..." 	Athena angrily glared at Mos, trying to gesture to her for help; the chains were still wrapped around it, disabling her ability to speak. She tried wriggling her snout free, but couldn't. Creek stepped back a bit as Petri came nearer to Barry. She remained behind Barry, but pushed up against the wall slightly, trying to keep away from Petri. [Read more]

Backstory:
Personality: As with most Zoroark, he's a trickster, and enjoys turning other Pokemons' words against them("I'm really hungry." "Really Hungry? That's an odd name.."). He makes wise cracks at almost everything, and is a fast learner. Once he does befriend someone, he most likely won't leave their side in the face of danger(or he won't leave their side because he's an idiot. Both are very plausable)

The sounds continued coming for a while, until, after they seemed to grow even more furious and loud, they stopped completely. Steele, however, did not return. Yet.

Athena sighed. She'd never heard anything like those noises when she and the other original Cyborgs were in the lab, but knew that it wasn't anything good.

Creek continued watching over Barry's shoulder, still too afraid to approach either of the scavengers. Despite being very small in comparison to her, she still thought of them as being very scary.

Creek, hearing what Petri had said, mustered up the courage to peer over Barry's shoulder at Petri. She'd be safe, right? "Wh....what?" She muttered curiously.

The same drilling sounds that had been heard when Athena and Steele were first taken could be heard again, coming from the same room. This time, however, the drilling was considerably louder, and sounded as though the one using the device was forcefully pushing against it as they used it. It was once again accompanied by loud shrieks.

Chrome looked back to Tехно. "You're all horrible liars. I can see what happened here. YOU-" She pointed to Steele. "Attacked Tехно, hence the scratch on your neck. I knew there was something wrong with you." She hissed. Guards came out from the corridor, seemingly automatically, and started grabbing Steele's chains and pulling him out into the corridor. Steele roared and thrashed, but the guards were too strong for him. "Why must everything always need to be fixed..." Chrome sighed to herself for a moment. She paced over to Tехно, and quickly pulled a small, round object out of her pocket and tossed it into his cell. It was a miniature cookie; a treat for him. She then slammed the door, leaving, and taking Steele with her.

Still panting slightly, Chrome entered the room. "Wha-" She began, but had to pause to take a breath. "What ha-" She paused again, taking another breath. She did this several times before standing up straight and resuming her usual snarl. "WHAT just happened?" She hissed, eyeing Tехно for an answer. She glanced at the scratches on Steele's neck for a moment. She glared at Steele, as he stared in disbelief. "IT AIN'T ME!" He shrieked, pointing at Tехно.

Tехно's claw scraped across the smooth, metallic plates on Steele's neck. Steele drew back a little, surprised at the scratch. "Are ya really so sure that death would've been a worse option?" He hissed. For once, Steele was being completely serious about something.

Chrome finally reached the cells, and leant against the doorframe for a moment before she opened the door and went inside. She didn't want to show any weakness whatsoever.

"GIFTS? KINDNESS? ARE YA KIDDIN' ME?" Steele snarled at Tехно. "HOW DO YA THINK OUR EGGS GOT 'ERE IN THE FIRST PLACE? SHE KIDNAPPED US, YA DUMB DONKEY!" He spread out his wings, looking frustrated. Athena watched in silence, nodding with approval at Steele's actions. Magnolia, however, shook her head disapprovingly and sighed.

Chrome heard the loud roar echo throughout the facility. She gasped with surprise, and hurried off to the cells. She slowed down halfway there, gasping and panting for her breath.
