i wrote some new poetry [unposted]
and i'd love to share it with you guys to see what you think

Hidden deep within
Surrounded by sorrow and anger
Deep pools, streams of tears
Raging fires, deep rooted anger

Seeing the world at a different angle
Seen as a fallen angel
Locked away by a tale untold
Only waiting to unfold

Years, decennia and centuries
Waiting for that one moment
The true self revealed
Only to fall from the heavens again

Young and old intertwine
Millennia of memories unburied
As the souls scream for salvation
The king has returned

World covered in darkness
Fear and despair spread
Barely any hope was left
Thinning out by the second

A demon, an angel
One who should not be
Casting rays of light
A last hope

War unfolded
As the old clashed against the new
Only to destroy the broken
And renew the world

Once two were one
Then one became two
Once again, two became one
Closer than ever before

Fallen from heavens no more
As the wings of a new age spread
As the sun slowly rose over the hill
Showing a new dawn
