Growling a bitter curse word quite loudly and aggressively, Brunhilde spent no time in grabbing her rifle and whipping around as Ivy began to cloak their path and she knew that those elemental creatures were to blame. Spitting savagely, she retreived a knife and gave it to the woman, who still had the look of wide alarm on her face but no words were spoken between them, for the fear of being hunted overpowered them. Glowering down the path they had just tred, she could see the shape of a lumbering creature coming towards them and it was already time to fight. [Read more] |

"Don't ask, just go." Brundhilde managed to spit as she readied the weapon before she and this new, petrified looking stranger, began to make away from where the shriek was made. [Read more] |

__________________________________ Brunhilde continued to walk through the undergrowth, although she snapped her gun into place when she heard a distant roar from some far-off place. Bending down slightly, she scooped up some dripping mud and slashed it on her face just for additional camouflage as her pale skin stood out against the dark forest floor. With a grunt as she heaved her rifle back into her steady hands, she caught sight of a human, specifically, a woman, a distraught look on her face. The look everyone shared when the creatures came - horror and the paralysing look of despair. Bending down now, she slowly made her way closer to the woman, tall in appearance, before whispering a somewhat gruff, 'Oi!' The woman let out a whimper and without hesitation, set off running, like a herd animal when knowing a predator is close by. Eyes wide, knowing the noise and movement could draw in other unwanted creatures, Brunhilde set off, desperate to catch up to this remaining human, while cursing to herself in a foul vocabulary. Brunhilde lifted up her head, she could hear something on the horizon. Tucking the leather book away and with a quick 'snap' of the rifle, she held the weapon tightly, before making her way off of the tree with quick bounds from branch to branch, keeping her weight even to prevent any of the branches breaking. With a cautious look around her, she quietly stalked her way through the undergrowth, rifle fixed in hands as she walked away to the source of the noise. [Read more] |

______________________________________ Zaire as with the rest of the bask, slowly circling a herd of nature deer slowly padding through to return to the grassy plains, eyes narrowed in an attempt to look for the weakest members, Zaire took no time at all to attack a limping deer that made it's way along the river. In one sudden moment, the once calm migration became a battlefield of blood and chaos and the crocodiles whipped the water to their wishes, as the deer wildly tried to escape but the result was that the hunt was larger than expected. With one flick of his tail to the group, they submered into the depths of the river holding onto the prey that they had just caught. [Read more] |
