((Ship ship shipity ship~)) Dominic followed after the boy, consumed by the whole curiosity of what was happening in the forest and what all of these people knew about that he didn't. He never really bothered to question the dangerous part of.... well, anything. Part of the reason that he got injured so often, but it never stopped him. "Wait, was that falling thing a person?" he asked, confused, "The shape looked somewhat human, but she definitely did not look like a human." He tried to look better at the form of the girl holding onto the dragon. Amaterasu leaned her head on Glacia's scales, starting to get a bit dizzy and her face was pretty clearly paler than before, but was feeling better than when she had first gotten caught. "You know... the ground looks really nice right now," she added. She was becoming more aware of the fact that her supernatural being-ness was showing and she couldn't do anything about covering either of them while she was feeling that way. Amaterasu gasped when Glacia caught her, just barely before they hit the ground. She clung to Glacia tightly, and was breathing heavily. "I swear.... don't you dare drop me again!" she yelled, although her voice was shaking with the rest of her body. "Actually, just.... please put me down," she added, "Enough flying for me." She didn't bother with the illusions at the moment, since she was still to shaky too be able to get a solid illusion going without making their location even more obvious. She looked around and was able to catch sights of the boy from earlier as well one new one running in their direction. She starred for a second, surprised that he was still around there and hadn't run off after Glacia took her up to the sky. [Read more] |

((Aww, poor Helena. Soon enough!)) Dominic's eyes widened in the excitement of something new and amazing happening. He looked around the sky, trying to see where the dragon had disappeared to, but he couldn't see even a sign of the massive dragon that was suppose to be there. He turned back to Luke as he asked the question and exclaimed, "I saw a dragon shooting up into the sky! I mean, how can that even happen?! But I'm not seeing anyth---" He stopped when the outline of a dragon suddenly showed again and he saw something dropping from right under the dragon, that seemed to have a lot of sun on it. "Woah, what did that thing just drop?" he said, trying to figure out why it was so bright suddenly right in that area. [Read more] |

Anyway, looks like a good chance to bring Dommy in!)) Amaterasu tensed for a second as she was lifted into the air, since she wasn't expecting such a sudden pull, but she calmed down once they hit the sky and the sunlight rained down on her. She smiled slightly as the day started to brighten up a little bit. She took a deep breathe and said, "Don't freak out when I do this, okay?" With that, her eyes glowed golden for a second and the rays of sunlight started to shift around a bit, but there was no clear difference for the two of them. Only anyone looking at the two of them in the sky would see that they no longer appeared to be there. The increase in sunlight really helped to fuel her powers enough to cover them up while she flied. "No one should be able to see us until we land back in the forest," she said to Glacia, "Not enough sunlight in there to cover you up." Dominic skated down the side walk on his skateboard, and looked up towards the forest just as Glacia shot up and into the sky. Just as he did, he hit a bump in the sidewalk and ended up crashing to the ground. He still stared towards the forest, mesmerized by what has just happened. 'What the heck, did that really just happen?! he thought, but the thought didn't get far enough to process that it was a bad idea to try to find out what it was. He got off of his butt and quickly got back onto his skateboard and went straight towards the forests opening. He stopped at the entrance just as Luke was getting on his bike. Amaterasu said and used a mixture of the knife and her hands the get the trap off of the dragon. She was really hoping she wouldn't have to change forms, but things weren't looking to great. She would ask her to fly, but she seemed somewhat wounded and wasn't sure if it was something that would allow her to fly. She still wasn't sure whether the girl knew what she was or not, but it was unlikely, since goddesses tend to smell very similar to humans and she hasn't showed any signs of her powers yet. But it wasn't a time to think about it. She knew that the man would be getting up soon and other people would be coming. She froze for a moment, having the sudden panic of the scent of a human. She quickly snapped her head towards the general direction that Luke was, but she calmed down when she recognize the scent of the noisy mortal boy from before, who was being surprisingly less noise. She held onto the knife that she had taken from the man, since it was currently her only weapon. Even her illusion powers were getting slightly weaker, but she was still keeping up the 'Hi, I'm human' act pretty well. "Okay, we should get going before anyone else sees us," she said and looked towards where Luke was again, curious to why this mortal boy didn't seem scared enough of a dragon not to run off, and she couldn't blame him for being. It wasn't exactly a common occurrence to find a dragon in the forest, and he definitely wasn't quiet enough to be a hunter. She looked back to Glacia and said, "How well can you walk?" [Read more] |

Amaterasu followed the scent of the dragon, since that was her intent to come into the awful, dark forest. She stopped behind a tree that was just a a few yards from the girl, but then she saw a man approaching her, and one that appeared to be a hunter. She starred for a second, trying to think through what to do. If she changed into a fox and attacked him, they would know she's something less of a human, but she didn't want the dragon girl to get killed. She knew, that despite popular belief, dragons weren't mean creatures and that it was unlikely that she did anything wrong here. Then she saw the man pull out the knife. She didn't have time to think, so she went with her instinct and decided that subtle wasn't going to work out. She charged directly at the man, who was thrown off guard by the fact that he didn't even know she was there, and went for the cheapest shot she could pull and kicked him right where it hurts and as hard as she could. There was perks to your enemy being a male. He dropped the knife and stumbled back with a great amount of pain in his face. She quickly grabbed the knife off the ground and grabbed the dragon girls. "Run," she said in a hushed, but serious tone and started to drag this girl along as she ran as fast as she could. [Read more] |

She stopped in her tracks when she heard the words "We have an intruder!" and became motionless, but quickly figured out that it wasn't her that they were talking about. She started to sniff the air a little bit, trying to figure out her surroundings without actually having to see too far. She smelled a dragon, a ghost and the same mortal who she had passed earlier. She followed the smell of the dragon, since she smelled most distinct in this area and assumable the one they were trying to attack. [Read more] |

Amaterasu, who was already up by the time the sunlight hit her, had already pulled herself out of the house and was wandering around the streets, letting the sunlight pour down on her. Oh how I wish I didn't have to cover up my beautiful markings.... she thought as she passed by some humans on the street, I have to work too hard to keep them hidden. She stopped for a second as she heard the traps going off deep in the forest. She knew well enough what they meant too. Hunters. More specifically, mystical creature hunters. That was never a good thing. She looked into the forest, a moderately dark place and sighed. Someone in there is faltering.... should I go in? She shifted uneasily at the front of the forest, regretting the inevitable choice of going into the dark forest. Well, at least there's SOME sunlight.... Name: My full name is Amaterasu Cormisi Shimata Tenaru Leerina Shigeeri. Nickname (s): Really anything you want to call me is fine. Most people call me Ami or Tera though. Age: Well as far as you need to know, I'm 17. Gender: I thought you'd be able to figure out that I'm Female. Personality: I'm a generally outgoing person and I love to be around different people. I am extremely stubborn and not easily persuaded by people, even if it's for my benefit. I am very confident and not scared of many things, although I do tend to get more nervous when the sun goes down. I have a soft spot for canines, but I hate all cats, and they normally feel mutually. I'm sure you can figure out the rest of my personality when you meet me~ Ability: I can change into a fox and back to a human as I please, but I have t use more power to not have ears and a tail when I'm a human. I also can shift the sunlight however I please, but normally to create Illusions, although it takes a lot of energy to make multiple illusions at once. When I'm outside, the sun has a tendency to shine on me just a little brighter, and when I'm sick or just really sad, the sun gets hidden by rain clouds. Also, I'm more powerful in my fox form, so my powers get stronger and when I'm in Attack mode, sometimes I can create fire. Species: I would be what people consider a Sun Goddess Kitsune ;3 Looks: I have long pure white hair that tends to change colors around sunrise and sunset, depending on what color the sky looks at the time. Although, most people won't see me outside my house at that time. I have a series of red birth marks on my body, but the only obvious ones are the oval shaped one on my forehead and the line that runs a little bit below my eyes. I normally use my illusion powers to hide any visible birthmarks and normally some makeup, just in case I need to use my illusions for something else at some point in the day. I have light colored skin and dull blue eyes, but they turn golden when I use my powers. I am about 5' 4" tall, and I am sometimes told that I look younger than 17, because of my chubby cheeks.  Show

Age: Unknown, but she appears to be 19. Gender: Female Personality: She's actually a very kind and gentle person, but due to the fact that she's a Grim Reaper, she's normally on her own. People sometimes get chills when they are around her, and she ends up on her own a lot. She's not very good at talking to people and she's a bit timid around people, and tries to only talk when spoken to. When she's in her Grim Reaper form, it boosts her confidence ten times, and shows her sassy and mischievous side a bit more. Ability: She can switch to and from her Human form to her Grim Reaper form whenever she pleases and can only use these powers when she's in Grim Reaper form (She can use her sensing powers if she only changes her eyes too). She can sense when someone is going to die/how close they are to death and how they are going to die if there weren't to be any interferences with forces of another grim reaper or a higher force. She can both slow down and speed up the process of death for a dying person. She can take the soul from a dying person and bring the soul back for someone who has very recently passed, if it had been naturally dragged away to wherever it's destination shall be. She can also teleport as a human or a Reaper. Weapon: She has a Scythe that is invisible when she's a human, and it passes right through people who aren't ready to die any time soon, but it gets caught when someone is going to die soon. When she's in her Demon form, it can cleanly remove the soul of anyone who can be killed, but those souls that were not close to their natural death subtract from her soul count, since it was forced, so she only uses it for self defense purposes. Species: She is one of the 666 grim reapers, that are on earth. They try to spread out though, so there aren't any others in nearby places. Looks: As a human, she has thick, straight light brown hair that goes a few inches past her shoulders and her eyes are bright green with flecks of hazel around the center of her eye. She's pretty tall, standing at 5'10" with a fairy small frame and gentles curves. Her skin is extremely pale, but a pinkish tint always comes to her checks when people talk to her. Her face is in the shape of a heart, and her mouth is fairly small. In her Reaper form, her hair is up and tied around the base of her intricately carved devil horns with red gem stones in them, and has multiple metal pieces piercing through her skin as well as ear and nose piercings that have small red crystals handing from them. Her eyes are completely white, but she doesn't keep them open much in that form unless trying to figure out the time and occurrence of a persons death. There are also what looks like spiderweb cracks coming from each of her eyes, as well as some on her arms and back. She also has a red choker necklace with claws coming out of it towards the small dangling red crystal that's on the center of it. Show

As a human  She looks like this in her Grim Reaper Form  With these kind of eyes  And this Scythe, but red instead of blue.  Other: Grim Reapers are either born as a grim reaper, or are chosen to be one based on the amount of destruction they have caused as a human and this is their punishment. They collect souls because once you reach a certain amount (a really really high amount) you will get to choose between going to "paradise" or to a peacefully created life on earth. They are special from (most) other supernatural beings because when they are in their human form, they are truly human, but most people/creatures/animals have a sense that there is something off about them, causing Grim Reapers to be rather lonely creatures.
