How does this work?

Good question! Glad you asked! This is somewhat the Hunger Games. But in PH.... Anyway, in each games, there are 24 tributes right?
In the PH Games, there would be 23 tributes.
Normally 2 from each District. I will also join them, as the 24th tribute. Means if I win, then everyone reaped would get consolation prizes. Don't worry, I'm using a simulator in which way, winners are random.
Tributes would pick which district they would like to be,
first come, first served.

♦️Prizes♦️
What?! Of course there are prizes! If you get reaped, that is a real piece of luck. But, if you win the Games... Then a huge piece of luck! Every games, there are different kinds of prizes. But what if I lose? Don't worry, there would be a consolation prize.
