I saw this happen twice.

Encounter 1:
I decided to check on a forum game I was playing, but then I decided to talk to my friend before I clicked it. I was greeted with some user images replaced, and I got really confused. I asked her if she changed her avatar, and she said no. I was confused, but I shrugged off the event until it happened again.

Encounter 2:
Some time later, I wanted to talk to my friend again. I opened the pal pad, then I saw even MORE icons moved around. I was really upset with this, so I decided to tell about this. What's going on?
