Kalden, deciding to gather up some courage, walked over to the two not engaged in a conversation(Leo &Mahina)as they were leaving to walk beside them. "Uhh, excuse me..." he asked as he returned Lyranroc to his pokeball, "What... just happened there? Kalden just watched this odd scene unfold. He was just extremely confused as he witnessed this odd group of people fight, and had no idea what to think. There was a legendary pokemon here, and a strange beast had just been thrown into a portal. Kalden also saw the person with the hat lose his cap, and revealed a face that was vaguely familiar. He remembered a news program he watched just recently, that may have shown this boy's face. This was getting more confusing by the second.

(its still intelligible though... I think it would be more interesting if Tiger could hear some things, and the rest is just some sort of static-like sound. Im imagining a more unintelligible version of the minecraft end sequence after you beat the ender dragon(im a huge nerd))
It was only a few minutes when Kalden heard another loud ruckus outsie, but this sounded more panicked. Kalden quickly checked the window to see a strange creature that emanated raw power attacking the Cyndaquil and it's trainer. "Woah!" Kalden exclaimed, immediately stumbling to get to the door. Whatever was happening didn't look good.

	"Who are those people outside?", he heard the popplio ask. Kalden immediately saw up. "What?" he asked, he quickly walked over to the window to see four people, two girls, a boy, and someone with a cap down, so he couldn't see their face. The person with their hat down had a non-alolan raichu, which was pretty interesting, and the boy's bag seemed to be shaking. [Read more]

Kalden laid in bed, and pulled out a pokeball. "Sorry for keeping you in there for so long..." he said as he let out a small popplio. The popplio excitingly jumped off the bed, heading straight to the window to look at the view. "Wow!" he heard the pokemon say, "This place is so pretty!" Kalden smiled. "Yeah," he said, "It's amazing."

	Kalden barely peeked through the window to see the Cyndaquil head into the other hotel room. Kalden sighed with relief, and sunk to the floor. "Phew..." he said. He thought about what the professor had said: "In short, it seems incapable of evolution." He walked over to the hotel's bed, and laid down with a sigh. He had traveled almost all day today. Kalden was surprised by the fact that this pokemon knew swift. He reads lots of books, and remembered that Cyndaquil learns swift at a fairly high level. He wondered why it hadn't evolved yet, unless it couldn't... Immediately feeling guilty, Kalden looked down at the pocket where a single pokeball resided. "I guess that isn't that far-fetched..." Kalden muttered to himself, looking back at the cyndaquil.

Kalden, as he was enjoying the view, saw a person, running down the road, with a Cyndaquil next to him. The person seemed to be carrying a key card in one hand, and a strange phonelike device in the other. Kalden remembered seeing something like that in a book about modern Jhoto, but he forgot the name. The Cyndaquil had stopped on the patio of the hotel. Kalden had never seen a cynaquil outside of books before. They weren't native to Alola. The person mustve been a traveler, probably from Jhoto, but there weren't any other rooms booked. "Huh..." he muttered to himself, still staring at the Cyndaquil out of fascination.

Kalden was taking a short break in between the first trial on Melemele
island, where he had decided to take a break in route 3's hotel. The hotel was rather small, and consequently fairly cheap. There was only other occupied room apparently, so the place was practically empty. He sighed, and looked out through the window. The view here was beautiful, nothing like on Alaka island. "Wow..." he said aloud.

Looks: He is at a fairly average height, at around 5'8", and is skinny, but not slender. He is fairly light skinned, but with a bit of tan on him. He has black curly hair that he keeps flat and short. He has blue eyes and a more pointed head.
Wears: A grey t-shirt with a small golem(alolan) print on a pocket on the chest area and wears a black baseball cap. He wears cargo shorts and black tennis shoes. He has a z ring as well.

Team: Popplio, Shiny Lyranroc(midnight form), Kadabra
Region: Alola
Badges: None. He has completed Alaka island's trials however.
Special ability: He can communicate with pokemon he's close to or that have powerful psychic abilities through a telepathy-like mental link.
