While I find the text funny, the art has obviously been made with the line tool of some image editor.

I think he's referring to locked (or banned) users, not blocked users- since if it was just about blocks, there wouldn't be any problem.

Seems a bit useless to me- why exactly shouldn't you be able to contact said locked user?

Erm- pokemaster, you do know that examples are not mandatory in a suggestion, right? Besides, I think Phyrnn explains it well enough.
I guess this would be cool for certain events. However, I do think the 10,000-man-petition is rather extreme...

As I said.
Would you let loose a recurrent scammer back into our community after a few months? I think not.

This is just ridiculous.
For one, there are no "hackers" that will or ever try to hack your password. Any of your friends who have been "hacked" just set their password to something very easy to guess or gave it away to someone else.
Also, how is it logical to completely remove the permanent lock feature? Would you completely remove all jails in a country because of a few "innocent" prisoners? Besides, if the "hacked" accounts were ever confirmed to be under the control of a third party, there would be a way for the mods to unblock them.

If I'm not getting that oh-so-important point you want to express, then just type it in a post so we can understand. Don't just say "you don't get it no support", it doesn't help at all.

@Unsolved:
You are clearly not getting what -Sen is trying to get across to you.

Quote from U_MDon't you think even if this suggestion is applied these things would happen with certain users when people make their id they can send friend request with those offensive names ?

No, because their usernames would be censored. If you actually read the first post, you would see that -Sen included a feature that would stop users from choosing insulting usernames when they first register and when they change their usernames. (Of course, it depends on Riako to choose whether that's necessary or not.)

Quote from U_Mi am not going to repeat one thing hundred times i'll stop here and last thing if you don't understand it's not my fault

I'm sorry? Not only is it -Sen who is repeating himself, the only person who can understand your posts is you yourself. Your posts do not explain any of your own opinions on this matter and just seem to be a confused mashup of random thoughts.

Quote from U_M i am not doing any drama

No, -Sen did not state that you were the cause of drama. What he DID state was that these accounts when left alone could cause drama over the profanity in their usernames.
Quote from -SenSo you want to leave the accounts view-able, yet locked, causing dramas in a children-friendly website?

Now, now, I don't think you've got the grammar of your first post quite right...
Also, how can one tell if they have these traits? I thought that unless someone else confirms it then it's pretty much just self-flattery.
EDIT: Wouldn't this fit better on a feed instead of a thread?

9/10. While certainly entertaining, I don't think it fits with the general theme of the movie itself.
Ah, sorry, I thought you meant it as an example ^^;
Potato Park. It'll take a classic movie fan to figure out what movie this butchered

The thing is, the Coinflip has an actual limit to how many times you can flip it; it's different from interacting, where you can theoretically never stop if you've got enough time on your hands. Also, the method would have to be different from clicklists, since the "are you a human" popup only occurs when the page reloads itself after 30 interactions. This means that it couldn't just be copypasted onto the Coinflip as it doesn't actually reload the entire page per flip.

Secondly, I also do not support the "partial blocking" feature- if you block someone, it's likely for a good reason and I could see a lot of people abusing partial blocking as a way to annoy the user on the other end. Then there's the whole principle of blocking a user, which is to cut off all communications to that user due to a strong dislike for him/her. What good would it be if you could talk to that user anyway?

Sounds like a good idea gone horribly wrong. I doubt anyone has the privilege to simply hand over someone's pet to another person unless the previous owner has a history of animal abuse.
