Chapter 1
The Verge of History

"But Chrom, we have to do SOMETHING!" A girl's voice echoed above my head. It was dark, night... no wait, my eyes were shut. I opened them slowly, and two blurry figures stood above me. "What do you suppose we do?" Another voice, male this time, joined the first. It was vaguely familiar, but I couldn't place it. My eyes were open now, the figures coming into view. "I... I dunno!" The first voice, the girl, with blonde hair in twin tails was looking at the man, who was obviously taller and older then her, with messy blue hair. Then, the two noticed I was awake, and bent down. "Hey there!" The girl smiled at me, and the man began to chuckle. "There are better places to take a nap then on the ground, you know." The girl giggled slightly, and the man extended his hand. "Here, let me help you up." I took it, noticing a strange red marking on my hand. He pulled me up, and we stood face to face, noses almost touching. I was pretty sure I was red as a beet. I started going through a mental check, but was lost from the beginning. "Thank you... Chrom." I said, addressing the man who helped me up. "Ah, so you know who I am?" The man, Chrom, asked. "No, but it's strange. Your name, it just came to me!" I said, rubbing the back of my neck. That little nap on the ground had left me sore. "How odd... What's your name? Where do you hail from?" Chrom asked again, smiling slightly. I had to admit, he was quite handsome... focus, focus! "My name is... hmm...."
"You can't remember your own name?"
"I'm not sure if... Pardon my asking, but where are we?" I asked, reddening slightly.
"Hey! I've heard of this! It's called amnesia!" The girl piped up, tilting her head in my direction.
"It's called a load of Pegasus dung." Another man said. He was of a large build, and had brown windswept hair and clad in full armour. "We're to believe that you remember milord's name but not your own?!"
"I'm not lying!" I said in defence, clearly panicked. I was flustered. They thought I was lying, I mean who wouldn't, but still!
"...Fredrick, what if it is true. We can't just leave her here alone and confused! What sort of Shepherds would we be then?" Chrom half scolded the other man, Fredrick.
"I know milord, but 'twould not be wise to let a wolf into our flock." The taller man cautioned, and Chrom nodded. "Right then, we'll take her back to town and sort things out there."
"Wait, wait, wait... do I have any say in this?" I asked, taking a couple of steps backwards.
"Relax, friend. We'll hear all that you have to say when we get to town. Now, come." Chrom said, half a request, half an order. I sighed, and followed, albeit reluctantly.

Welcome! WHOO I am so hyped about this. Like I said, I'm Paraphrasing most of this, so don't get all huffy at me. Anyway, part two of this is gonna be out soon so hah. ((Might do a double Serena post bc I forgot to do one yesterday. Aren't I nice?!))

Dirk followed and picked a few herbs on the way. He took a small cloth from the first aid kit and wrapped it up. "Anyone have Ice Magic?" He asked, holding it up.

Kiris sighed, sitting down. Amara was powered down, so she slipped the blaster off of her hand and got out a small screwdriver, tinkering with the inner wires.

Premonition
Invisible Ties

The white haired Mage stood back to back with her partner. She smiled as she fired another bolt of electricity at a monster, then turned to her friend. He had just finished the last of the beings and returned his partner's smile. "That's the last of them. Shall we?" "After you!" She laughed, and drew her sword. They charged at the immense oak door, and entered large ballroom. The dying light of the sun shone through the large purple stained glass window with a strange symbol and a dragon curled around it as decoration, casting violet panels onto the polished marble floor. "Up there!" The blue haired man yelled, pointing to a figure on the balcony. The Mage fired another bolt of lightning and missed. The man on the balcony laughed, and jumped down, attacking her partner. She intercepted the blow, and pushed the other man, Validar, backwards. He grunted, almost in appreciation. "Alright. This is it, our final battle. We'll show him that this so called 'destiny' can be rewritten! Now let's end this dastard!" The mage's friend yelled. He moved a few steps to the right at her command, and she advanced left. They approached Validar from the left and right and struck at the same time. "Foolish children! You can't stop what's already taken place!" The dark wizard growled. The Mage's partner nodded at her, then struck again, and the Mage let off another blast of thunder magic, dealing a finishing blow. Validar crumpled to the ground, and the duo that had taken him down retracted a few paces. "It's done. Finally..." the Mage sighed in relief, and leant against her friend, who wrapped a protective arm around her. "Come on. Let's go." The blue haired warrior smiled, and the two walked to the door. "You... you won't win... Not if I can get away with this... damn you BOTH!" The dying dark Mage yelled, and sent a bolt of black magic at the soldier's back. "Look out!" The Mage screamed, and pushed him out of the way at the last second. She took the full impact of the blow, launching her backwards as Validar collapsed again, unmoving. "Are you alright?" The soldier asked worriedly, pulling her up from the ground. "It's ok. He's gone now." He smiled, but the Mage didn't respond, her head bent. "R-- Argh!" He yelled, as the Mage fired a bolt of lightning and stabbed into his stomach, her eyes glinting red. But it soon passed, and she stared at her friend, then her hand in horror. "Hh... W..whatever this is... it's not your fault. Go! L..leave this place!" The dying warrior said, falling to the ground. The Mage rushed over, and placed his head on her lap. "Milord! No! Please!" She cried, tears streaming down her pale face. "It's ok. You can lead the Shepards, I know you can..."
"Not without you...!"
"It's ok, sweet. I'll see you again... Robin..." And with those final words, with the last of his strength he kissed her forehead, and exhaled one last time.
"Milord? No... no no no! Not like this! Please no!" She screamed, shaking with agony as a phantom laugh echoed around her.

"CHROM!"

Kiris and Dirk had followed Rush from the car, and ran towards their smaller group. "Mira, let me help. I think you'll remember that i aced Healing class back at the academy." Dirk said, kneeling down. Kiris gave Tiger a quick, fast hug, then looked at the leftovers from the Lynel fight. "I believe those spoils belong to you." She smiled, then went over to Amara. "Blaster. Give. Now."

"Sorry man. I get carsick." Dirk laughed sheepishly, before grabbing some pizza. "So. Good."

Hey! Ok so let me explain. I am a massive Fire Emblem nerd, and I love the story of Awakening, and I love writing, so I thought, 'Eh, why not!' And did this little monstrosity. I am using my very first play through of the game as a base, with my Robin, my pairings, and my strategies all condensed into this. So this means that's aim going to be quoting and paraphrasing lines from the original game, so don't blow up about it to me. ALSO I'm excited to announce that every so often I'm going to be dropping non canon Shepards and Villain based of my ocs and my close friend's characters, so if any of them are reading this and you see your/your character's name: THIS IS WHY I WAS ASKING YOU WIERD QUESTIONS DORKS!!xx anyway, have fun reading I guess!

"Yeah, well. He's not here. And Serena's Triforce is probably acting like a homing beacon to Tiger's, so they'll find each other eventually." Kiris reasoned, pulling on an oversized sweater and throwing a long blue scarf at Mira. "Thought this might be your colour!~" she giggled, the got back to sorting the boot of the car.

Dirk gave Mira a thumbs up, smiling wanly. "Peachy." Kiris quickly stopped the car. "Dirk, get out and puke more if you need to. Also, I'd suggest that you all start to wrap up more. It's gonna get chilly from here. SORROW! GET YOUR BUTT IN THE CAR!" She rattled off, then grabbed a bunch of warm jumpers from the back.

Kiris swerwved out of the way of a moblin, and ran over another one. "Sorry! These are so dumb!" She yelled, then turned at the right boulder, a marker stone beautifully decorated. "I think I'm gonna puke..." "Of freaking course you are. DONT RUIN MY SEATS!" The Tron legacy yelled, shoving a paper bag at Dirk, who vomited then threw it out of the window. "Eewwww dude!" "It's not my fault you're a bad driver!"

SPN x Oracle!Reader - Strange Beginnings - Chapter 2

((Whooo this took a while to write hehe... one more before the split, so hang on!~))

The next day dawned uneventfully, with the usual argument between Cas and Dean over sleeping, and lots of coffee.
"Hey, Sammy? We gonna check out that fortune teller's place today? I mean, I know it's a tourist trap but she could have some more info..."
"You just want to go back so you can flirt with ((Y/N)), Dean, admit it."
"Wha-- No!"
"You do Dean. It is exceedingly obvious, even to me." The angel said, ending the argument as Sam laughed. Dean grumbled. "Look, all I'm saying is that she's a fortune teller, right? She might be the real deal, she might not, so there's no harm in trying." The elder Winchester sighed, and Sam nodded. "Then let's go!"
"What?"
"You think she might be able to help, and I agree. So let's go!" Sam said again, standing up and grabbing a rucksack with his laptop, some food and his gun as Dean did the same.

A few minutes later, the three were stood outside "((Y/N))'s Fortune Emporium". As they entered, a small bell chimed as the door swung shut. The place was a lot cleaner then the night before. There was a small table draped in a purple cloth with a pot of tea and four cups surrounding it in the middle, and a few normal playing cards stacked beside them. The candles in the holders were once again lit, and an array of books lined one wall. ((Y/N)) stepped out of a little beaded curtain at the door, wearing the same ((S/F/C)) dress as the night they had met.

"Ah! Sam, Dean and Cas, right?" She smiled widely at the three and Sam nodded.
"We came to.. formally apologise for last night." Cas said, bowing his head in apology.
"Ah, forgive and forget. Believe me, I've had a lot worse people barge in before." The fortune teller beamed again, gesturing for them to sit down around the table.
"Actually, about last night... I asked Frank this morning and he said that Fluffy had been locked up all night, so she couldn't have gotten out." ((Y/N)) said sceptically, pouring tea into each cup. The boys drank, then Sam spoke. "Actually... ((Y/N)) we kinda need to tell you something."
Dean elbowed his brother, yet Sam continued. "Let me guess. Monsters, Vampires, the things that go bump in the night are real." ((Y/N)) sighed, crossing her arms. "Wait what?! You know?!"
"How?"
"Could you please explain why you know this?" Castiel asked, the voice of reason amidst the chaos. "I mean, come on. They're not exactly incognito. Plus the last guy who lived next door before Frank just disappeared. Not a trace left. I guessed something was up, so I went to check in the nearby woods and all that was left of him was... was a pile of skin." She shuddered, and sipped her tea again. "Like I said, skinwalkers!" Sam said triumphantly. "Sam, please. You're scaring her." Cas said, putting a hand on the younger Winchester's shoulder. "((Y/N)), are there any books here on the paranormal side of things?" The angel asked, standing up to look at the shelves heaving with books. "Yeah. Yeah, about half of them. Have a root around if you want." The ((h/c)) girl said, smiling weakly, and collected the empty tea cups. She studied the leaves. Hardship and love in all of them? That was rare. Shrugging inwardly, ((Y/N)) put away the tea set and sat down again, a pack of tarot cards in hand.

Sam and Cas combed the shelves, searching for anything on skinwalkers and who or what might help them. Dean however, stayed seated, and stared at the tarot cards that ((Y/N)) was shuffling. "What are those?" He asked, as the fortune teller placed a crystal on the stack of cards. "Hmm? Oh, these are tarot cards. They fortune tell, but I don't use them that often because of the fact that they're mainly a bunch of mumbo jumbo." ((Y/N)) said, placing them into an ornate box and locking it. "Crystal ball?"
"Yup. Also mumbo jumbo but works better then the cards."
"If everything is mumbo jumbo then why do you do it?" Dean asked, tapping his fingers on the table.
"Because it's the only thing I know how to do that can get me enough money to live." ((Y/N)) snapped, then sat down abruptly. "Dean, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I just... I just have a lot on my mind."
"Hey, no one's perfect. Believe me." The elder Winchester smiled, and got up.

After a few minutes of searching, ((Y/N)) gasped in pain and clutched her head. An image formed behind her eyes, so she closed them and immediately opened them again. "Don't do this guys, please!" She yelled, running towards the three men.
"Huh? ((Y/N)), what's wrong with you?" Sam asked, holding her shoulders.
"I-- I saw something terrible. It's been happening a lot lately but never as vivid as this..." the ((h/c)) said running a hand through her hair, as if to check it was still there. "What do you mean?" Sam asked again, and sat her down on one of the chairs around the table. "Every so often I get these strange dreams, uh, visions almost. Like I'm telling the future but solely in my head. And they all come true on some way. That's what I'm scared about." She said worriedly, twisting the ornate silver ring on her ((Left/Right)) hand. "Would it be okay for you to recount what this vision was about?" Cas asked, placing a hand on her shoulder and rubbing it slightly. "Sure... ok, so there's this dark space. That's the one thing about my visions by the way, I never see places unless they're important. There's this dark space, and I'm tied to something but I can't see what... and there's a woman. I can't see her face but she's muttering something. Then two of you burst in, and start fighting... yourselves? And the other one rushes the lady and frees me then... then one of you..." ((Y/N)) recounted, her eyes shut, and began to sob. "One of you gets stabbed."

After the initial shock had leeched in, the boys decided. Whilst they were still in town, they'd protect ((Y/N)), figure out what was behind the Skinwalker attacks and also find out why their friend was getting these prophecies. They searched high and low, yet noting was immediately jumping out at them.

Sighing, Sam flopped down on his bed, splayed out across the covers. A small lead was found, that witches or warlocks might use skinwalkers for their spells or other means, but they couldn't figure out why the witch they had heard was talking to them, or who the girl she wanted. A knock was heard at the door. Sam opened it, and smiled as ((Y/N)), Dean and Cas came in with takeout. A few minutes later the four were sitting on the floor, digging in to a mix of Sushi and Indian, with Cas being egged on by Dean to try Wasabi and burning his mouth off, Dean being challenged by ((Y/N)) to dip everything in soy sauce with mixed results, Sam and ((Y/N)) talking about the strangest supernatural ((haha!)) things they had seen, ((Y/N)) screaming after finding out Castiel was an angel via seeing him disappear to get more food and Dean trying to burp AC/DC's Highway to Hell.

Once ((Y/N)) had left, she began the long walk back to her shop and apartment in the cool night. A light drizzle had started, dispelling the past days of heat, and she turned her face towards the sky to relish the falling rain. Continuing her walk, she heard someone walking behind her, yet thought nothing of it, walking on. Suddenly, a black shape darted out of a nearby alley and pinned her to the ground. As her head made contact with the slick pavement, her vision became black and fuzzy. As the darkness swallowed her whole, she had one thought. The vision...

((We interrupt this broadcast to give you... Serena's Side!))

Serena got up and looked around. The previous day had come flooding back to her, her leaving the camp late in the night and her plan to get to Hylia's temple raced into her head. Grimacing, she got up and held up her left hand. The Triforceof Wisdom shone brightly, and its glow had been getting brighter with every passing step in the right direction. Smiling, she continued on her journey, the mountain looming above her...
