@jimmy: All you need is a place to put all of your drawings in. It can even be the post with your form, if you want. There's also threads that you can create under "Diaries" in the forum to use as a personal journal, if you'd like - lots of people use that instead.
The easiest for you would be just using the post with the form, I think (since you said you're not really familiar with stuff). Just let me know where you wanna post your drawings and I'll get the link I need. :3

@ikkeme: yeeeeep Im still going to do the whole comment/critique thing. I just need to find some time x_x And I need to do it quite soon too, so I can decide who's getting the "prizes" whatsoever (despite those who did all 30 days).
One of the finals that I was mostly worried about is out of the way (finally); the second one is going to be on Friday; after that, I have a week gap until the third one. The others should be fine. I'm gonna try to squeeze something in so I can get some critiques done. Im thinking of doing that for only the ones who gave me the most drawings tbh, so I can give an overview of what the person has been doing repeatedly over the drawings or whatnot. but I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do about it.

The next challenge should start in one or two days, hopefully. ouo It really depends on how many people sign up for it. If you guys could advertise it, that'd be awesome. <3

Grand finale

And the first batch of challenges has come to an end! I hope you guys enjoyed it and felt at least a little bit of an improvement. :v
Better than anything though, those who have been drawing everyday got something even more important - a new habit. A new habit takes 21 days to settle in, and if you guys keep this up you'll see that you'll improve even more on your own. Even if you only draw 15 minutes everyday, at the end of the year you'll have filled at least a sketchbook (while other people who don't draw anything will have nothing).
I gotta say I'm actually surprised at the amount of people who got this far without missing a single day. xD I thought only one or two people would make it, but we got... What, 6 people? That's quite a lot. <3

So to finish this up, draw yourself/your sona on a stage at the grand finale!
Take a bow, ladies and gents and undefined. You deserve it. x3

Okay Im not gonna lie, Ive asked people around and they are just as lost as me. I fail to see your point, where you say the schedule is going to be more flexible? Releasing a whole batch of plushies once or twice a month is going to get extremely rushed for me. The bar itself usually takes around 3 weeks to fill up, which is already pretty much a new batch once a month.

UNLESS.
You mean releasing 1-2 plushies every 15 days/every month. This would be kind of doable I suppose, even though I'm pretty sure there would be unhappy people with the amount of plushies released everytime (since we usually release around 8 in every batch).
But then again, there's always unhappy people.

Maybe you should elaborate a bit what you mean with your suggestion.

Im just going to copy/paste something that I posted in another thread.

When I draw plushies I go with whatever is easier for me at the time - like previously said, I do it during classes - so if the class is easy and I'm sure I can catch up later on without any issues, I can put a little bit more effort into the drawings (a.k.a I can do more complicated plushies). Then, when I go back home, I separate the sketches I made that day in class, scan them and sort them into Easy, Medium or Detailed.

What I usually do is, whenever I have some free time out of school (which is like, barely ever) I work on as many plushies as I can on the computer so I can finish them. Then, I dump all those files into my deviantArt sta.sh so Riako can have a stock for the next couple of DW shop updates.
I usually do it early in the school quarter, so I won't have to worry about keeping the stock full while I'm having finals.

And the cycle goes on and on and on.

Also, as for the DP bar: Riako has doubled the amount of DP spent once, and he can easily do it again. That shouldn't be an issue, really.

Having a batch of plushies released every X amount of time is not going to help me at all. I'm almost done with school (I have 6 months left), but the last 3 months are going to be a full-time internship. After that, it'll be a full-time job.
So in situations like this month, when I'm going to be extremely busy, are going to happen again. I don't intend on quitting the staff that soon because making plushies is like my stress reliever. However, I can't be bound to a schedule that I know is not going to work for me.

Unless we find someone who can finish up the plushies digitally for me (and believe me, I've looked), I don't think this should happen at all.
