I personally don't see the need for such a ranklist.
Just like bourkey mentioned about the a premium user whose upgrade expired, what will happen to him ? Will he be sent to the other list ? And what will happen to the other users who were in the "Non-premium" list ?
This means you'll need to check each user that's on the Premium and on the Non-premium list and update them!
And doing that takes time because you'll need to access a list, find the user, check the condition I stated before and arrange him in the appropriate list (if his chain number is high enough to be part of the list).
Once again, I don't think such feature should be implemented but that's just my point of view.

	I don't think this would make things more interesting or challenging since the ratio for the prizes (PD and Game Chips) is quite high. Implementing such box, with those prizes, would simplify an existing feature in an unnecessary way. Unless they change the prizes, this is suggestion shouldn't be implemented. [Read more]
