Backstory: Gets beaten up alot at school simply because people dont like him for no reason at all, doesn't tell his parents about it because he's worried his father will call him weak, given he has issues with his dad and him not being good enough despite his mother constantly denying that

Other Information: He is paraplegic (paralyzed from the legs down), due to an accident when he was younger, he can still get around just fine by crawling

Jesse put out his hand with his palm facing downwards and started to emit energy from underneath his finger nails, they then loosened from their sockets and began hovering over their nail bed with a slow spinning motion as Jesse said confidently "I can apply so much spin to these that they can shoot out like bullets, and have pretty much the same effect, its tough to aim them though" as he said that he forgot to stabilize the energy flow and one of his nails shot away from their socket and began ricocheting around the bus

New Ability: Spin, Jesse is able to make his nails spin themselves at a high velocity and shoot them like bullets, The nails have incredible cutting power, capable of slicing through rock, cutting limbs clean off, or carving things within seconds. However, they do not possess the power to cut through metal, Once Jesse shoots a fingernail, they take a short time to grow back, Occasionally, Jesse lets the nails stay on his fingers. When he puts the nails against the ground, their rotating movement can rapidly carry Jesse away from his current position (basically gliding on his finger nails. He can also use his nails as short-range cutting weapons. The spinning nails emit a faint buzzing sound, similar to that of a wasp (the spinning ability itself is the quirk and has multiple stages to it, the strongest stage being infinite rotation, and the spin can be used on actual objects and even people, the nails are a preffered method), I hope this is fine

Personality: Polite and generally a chill person, enjoys using sarcasm alot

Backstory: Jesse was constantly switching between different timelines in order to find one where he could save his friend from being killed due to a mistake he made, but not matter how much he tried the result stayed the same, and the actions he did in order to try and save his friend would in turn screw up the timelines
