He straightened his chain necklace. Maybe she was a member from a different island, but he was gonna make sure this kid knew he was the boss in this area. He had Guzma's old stuff and everything. He didn't dare approach her; dealing with a sylveon and a pack of Oddish wasn't exactly his idea of fun. He clutched his megastone, keeping himself on edge.

"H-help me." He muttered. The dugtrio popped out of the ground and knocked Sparkplug into the air. He was sent flying and landed a ways away. He struggled to get up, but fell back down. The Kakuna in his bag caught one of the heads with String Shot, and kept the raging thing in a tight grip. Sparkplug stood up. "M-my name's S-sparkplug. C-can't really talk r-right now."

Max straightened up. He attempted to look brave. He didn't exactly trust the Salamence's words, but he didn't exactly want to look rude. "My name is Max. And you are?" The Salamence's expression looked genuine, but you can never really tell with giant dragons.

Doug was sitting on top of the wall surrounding Po town. Looking off in the distance, he could see some Pokémon- were they approaching town? He could quite make out who they were, but he was prepared for trouble. Tossing his mega stone from hand to hand, he hopped down and stood at the gate, leaning against the wall. He noticed one of them looked like... a Sylveon. With team skull charms in their bows. Well, this could be interesting.

Sparkplug was outside town. He was racing through the woods, trying to make his way back, after being spooked and by an especially aggressive Dugtrio. There was a Kakuna resting in his bag, shooting String Shots and the chasing Dugtrio. He ran straight into something- no, someone. He looked up to see a shiny Hydregion staring him down. Sparkplug backed up, terrified.

Max was on the other side of the wall. He surveyed the area, hoping to see something new- maybe some poor sucker to rob. He hated stealing, but he had to do what he had to do. He saw an odd looking tree- wait, trees aren't blue. It was a Sceptile, approaching town. He readied a Thunder Fang just in case. Looking up, he saw a Salamence. A Sceptile and a Salamence coming at the same time? There was no way Max could handle that. He stopped his move and hoped for the best.

Everyone here had a different story, but they were still generally the same.
Parents kicked them out, they ran away, they needed to leave home.
Every reject, desperate kid, and person who needed somewhere to stay ended up here. Didn't matter how or why.
They always came to Team Skull.
After Guzma had disbanded the team, almost everyone sort of drifted off in their own direction.
But some poor pokemon didn't have a direction to go.
They didn't have the same leader, or a way to make a living, and Nanu had given up on them, but they were Team Skull and though there was only a few of them, they were keeping the team alive.
And now they had someone new in their town of misfits.
