Appearance(Hero/Civilian): Hero in training, Tall and slender with long black hair and hazel eyes

Personality: Haru is often absent minded and isnt the brightest bulb in the box, however when it comes to using his quirk he's
a genius

Quirk: Plunder Bubble, Haru can generate bubbles of various sizes that can pop with enough force to bruise the human skin, however makes this a good quirk is what happens when the bubble pops, whatever the bubbles pops next to gets stolen and taken for himself, for example if someone is holding a pen and one of haru's bubbles pops near the pen, the pen will be in haru's hand, objects arent the only thing that can be stolen, some other things include Temperature, sound and smell, this was achieved through cultivation of his quirk
