To make Basic Animations you need:
Two sprites of the pokemon you will animate. (Ex. )I use ezimba to animate the sprites.

1.) Get those 2 sprites. (Only 1st-4th gen pokemon)
2.) ezimba: Click the 'Click to load image' button at the top.
3.) ezimba: Click the 'Frame Animation' link.
4.) ezimba: Click the button with the '2' over it to choose the other frame of animation. (Only 52 at a time)
5.) ezimba: Click 'Convert' at the bottom of the page.
6.) There is a button to go back to the main page under the 'Load Image' button.
7.) Click 'Transparent'
8.) Convert.
9.) Profit.

To make Pokejoras you need:
A sprite of your choice
The Majora's Mask Sprite Sheet (Here it is)
1.) 'Cut' the desired position of the mask.
2.) Place the mask on top of the Pokemon's face.
3.) Then, pick some colors from the mask.
4.) Recolor the pokemon with the colors you picked.
5.) Profit.
