Bulletin Board is available in Berry Garden under Town tab. (Town -> Berrygarden -> 'Bulletin Board' in the green box after Berry Market). As Berrygarden needs only Trainer Level 8 to be unlocked, then, you must have unlocked Bulletin Board already too.

Bulletin Board is a place of a sort of like board where tasks(orders) are pinned for you to fill.
You can click on each of the task to see the berries, seeds and items required for it which are ordered. You can also see the rewards which contain Gardener Points, Pokédollars and even sometimes items.

	If you are only looking for Super Honey, so then, yes, as its on you if you really dont want normal honey, then, you should remove the normal combee(s) as they don’t produce any Super Honey. [Read more]

Super Honey is created randomly by the Shiny Combee(s). Keep claiming all the normal honey they make, until they show up a Super Honey. As normal honey produced prevents combee(s) for making super honey, so you must claim all the normal honey they produce; to make a place for super to be produced.
Tip: Leave the Super honey unclaimed for a few days, for Shiny Combee(s) to create a stack of Super Honey (3× Super Honey).

	No, goal isn’t required for you to receive the SCS tokens. If goal is achieved, we all will only get a “3× Interaction Multiplier”. It takes time for SCS tokens to be transferred after a SCS ends, wait for them to be transferred. For doing 1.5k Interactions, you’ll get 30 SCS tokens. [Read more]
