So, I don't really understand what you mean by "tickets" for the coin flip? You only need to put the amount of GC (which can be 1) and flip the coin.

Also, 1 month users are unlikely to join the medal rally with or without the suggestion anyway, since it's more for the "veterans", like you say, to do it like a side goal.

By the way, giving out prizes could also motivate more people to enter the medal rally ^^
