i'll keep this short and simple,

there should be a "click here" shortcut that sends you to the tall grass when you get an Egg Radar notification

theres shortcuts on trades, rumbles, gem exchange notif's so why not for Egg Radar to Tall Grass :)

Are you talking about something like:
"? Your Collection" on plushies gifts?
if is that, you can just click the "By [Tall Grass] - X Seconds ago.
and it'll redirect you to the tall grass
