if a user is bothering you in any way (harassment, spam, etc), you should contact a moderator so they can take the appropriate steps to ensure that both parties involved are properly taken care of and hopefully come out of the situation with a pleasant result

sometimes things are just a misunderstanding, and talking it out and coming to an understanding would be better than just ignoring anyways, and there is a report button as well :)

this would not be reporting messages. this would be blocking people who you do not want messaging you, from doing it.

I also don't support this. What if the user wants to apologize? If you don't like the message from the user, contact a Moderator/report him. If he doesn't stop he gets banned and you won't get any messages anyway anymore.
