If im right, the problem is that the item is being considered Cosplay Box (Libre) which is a coding mistake because it should be Cosplay Box (Tough) which leads to an actual item; as Libre is the Pikachu's costume name. So it's a simple error Riako can fix when he gets online.

It's an issue with the site's coding itself so it affects everyone and will be sorted out by Riako when he's awake and aware of the situation.
