carbink is a pokemon that doesn't breaks your chain and can be found at the gem cauldron,does carbink have their own chain?

If you get the Carbink's egg at your Daycare.. then, yes, it can be counted on your PokéRadar or it can have its own chain by then.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
