So I have seen the 8 forms of Minior multiple times since I joined that have not had the event pokeball. What are the ways you can get the core forms of Minior?

The only way to get them is by breeding with Ditto - the pokeball ones have been bred.

Ok, what are the chances of breeding a core form? Rare?

About the same probability as breeding for any other Event Pokemon.

The color of core you get is random too.

ok, last question. When you identify the egg, will it say "Minior Core (Indigo)" or just "Minior Core" ?

It will say "Minior Core (color)"
