Hi, Some time ago I started a chain to get a shiny rockruff, after asking the staff if I have a bug and not receiving any answer, I ask because they do not pay attention to me. so you can see that I do not exaggerate attachment image capture

That's not necessarily a bug, you just have an extremely unlucky chain.

It may not be a bug, but do not you think it's too bad luck? also many of my chain never came out because I left earlier because of similar problems

I've had worse
I had a chain of #365 with an Eevee hunt, and the frequency of eggs i was getting (and my pd at the time) meant the hunt lasted for a little over a year.
It's all down to bad luck, some people have went on for longer than me without a shiny i believe.

Actually, the worst non premium chain I’ve seen is 700, it’s possible you’d never be able to get a shiny.
