As you come to, you find yourself standing in a field. In front of you is a castle-like building, full of towers and stained glass windows. The structure's grand double doors are thrown wide open, laughter and chatter floating out from the slightly intimidating structure. Above the entrance are words carved into the stone, cracked a little from age. They simply read "Where every flower finds their home."
You may begin when ready.

Chloe looked up at the looming castle then at her surroundings, ignoring any people she started to walk inside.

Amanda swallowed thickly. "Is it safe to go in?" She asked herself quietly while taking in every detail of what she could see. She slowly walked forward, cautious and footsteps barely making any noise.

Despite the utter weirdness, suspicious nature, and potential danger of this new course in his life, Colt didn't seem to be all that bothered as he strolled towards the impressive structure before him. If he had any common sense, he might be warier of this unknown almost-castle he was about to walk into. Who knows, maybe it was a torture chamber he was being tricked into? However, the laughter trickling out of the building didn't exactly indicate any cause for concern for the time being. In fact, Colt looked like a rather excited child in a candy store as his eyes darted around from one tower to the next, trying to take in as much of the building as he could as he drew nearer.

This curiosity and apparent tunnel vision had its downsides as well, however, and the lad found himself almost walking straight into the back of someone else while he was busy directing his attention to the entrance, peering up at the words carved above it and mouthing them silently to himself. Lucky for the potential roadblock, Colt managed to register other people exist just in time to come to an abrupt stop to prevent himself from colliding to the other person in his haste. Sidestepping, Colt came up around side-by-side the other person as he proceeded forward with his quick steps and gave the stranger a light chuckle, "Ah, sorry, didn't see you there."

"Okay, so here's the thing," Felix said as he walked toward the entrance, footsteps echoing a bit in the empty hall. "I didn't like people even when I was on Earth." Quinn nodded quietly. Yes, she very clearly remembered Felix not liking people. She also remembered Felix having pink hair. Things change. She didn't say that out loud in case he whacked her. Felix continued, "I barely even like some of the not-people here, you know? I'm worried about the new guys. And Elin. Elin doesn't like people either."

"This is true. But don't worry so much. Seriously, don't. You'll get wrinkles," Quinn replied, fixing the bracelets on her wrist that didn't need to be fixed. Felix gave her A Look as they neared the doors. She shrugged. "Lixie, it'll be fine. Elin never likes people and he's survived so far. And, trust me, you'll win all of them over with your stunning personality. Or, well. Maybe not. Actually, I'd personally choose to flaunt your face instead, that's much more likeable."

A grimace of annoyance passed over Ethan's face. The people surrounding Ethan had already begun to irritate him, especially the one idiot who almost walked into his back. This stranger with the black baseball cap decided to laugh at almost walking into Ethan.

Was this some kind of joke to him? Annoying others? Ethan thought to himself. Some people...

Ethan looked towards the source of his irritation, who was standing right next to him, "It would be in your best of interests to watch where you're going next time. Got it?" Ethan was not in the mood to be dealing with others right now, least of all this guy. Ethan thought it would be best to set the record straight from the beginning and warn this guy that Ethan was not going to be socialising with him, now, or ever.

Doyle found himself in a field, a big building in front of him. Must be the school, he thought to himself and started walking towards it, inspecting it carefully. At first glance, it looked almost like a castle.

Passing a few other people, he reached the entrance and let his gaze stroll around until he got fixated on a few old-looking letters. "Where every flower finds their home."
He chuckled quietly. That sounds fun.

Carefully opening the door, he looked around. A huge, almost empty hallway opened up before him. He found two people standing there, right in front of him. They seemed like they just had a conversation. A glimpse of their last word still echoed throughout the hall; -keable.
He didn't bother asking what they were talking about, he didn't bother asking who they were or if they knew what to do. He just stepped in, eyed them from head to toe and the first thing he noticed were the matching bracelets.
A condescending smile sneaked onto his face. "Aren't matching bracelets like that a little childish?"

Quinn and Felix both stared at Doyle. Quinn's expression was something akin to curiosity, while Felix's was much more annoyed. "Excuse me?" Felix said, a tight knot if anger starting to tie itself in his gut. He wasn't super menacing, but it was enough. "At least I have friends to match with."

Quinn cleared her throat and put a hand on his shoulder, as if restraining a dog that was about to leap at someone. It worked partly - Felix relaxed a little, though he still looked irritated. "Now, now, that's not a very good first impression, is it? Besides, we're all still children at heart." She flashed the most dazzling smile she could muster at that moment.

(I assume Chrysanthe is talking to Doyle?)

Colt's smile wavers as he stops for a moment to regard the other boy and his sour disposition, a small frown worming onto his face for just a moment. Well, this started out great, is the first thought to pop up in Colt's head along with a pang of confusion. The green-haired guy was talking as if he had just accidentally stepped on his dog's tail or something. Sheesh. He's not that bad, right?

Though, on second thought, it was understandably a stressful situation, perhaps the greenie deserved the benefit of the doubt for now.

Quickly putting a grin back onto his face, Colt continued forward while simultaneously turning around to face the other guy, effectively walking backwards for a couple of strides as he pointed a pair of finger guns back towards Mr. Gruff, uttering out a brief reply: "Sure thing, thanks for the tip." However, ironically, he had already failed to follow the tip as those words left his mouth since he didn't have eyes at the back of his head to watch where he was going. Fortunately, there was no more sour fellows on his path for those few steps he took forward blind and after saying his piece, Colt spun back around to face where he was going. Upon doing so he could spot a couple of people just by the doorway.

Good. Perhaps there's a greeting committee around to tell them what the heck they're supposed to be doing here exactly...

Katie had just reached the castle she didn’t want to interrupt so she nocked on the big castle door as hard as she could.

Doyle smiled back at the girl, completely ignoring the guy who had reacted rather offended about his comment and the other person behind him.
"Might be, but I'm not here to make a good impression, I'm here because I am curious by nature - pun not intended."
With a shrug he acknowledged her second argument before making a thoughtful expression. "My name's Doyle, by the way. Sorry for the bad first impression", he said quietly. "I didn't mean to come off as rude."
Which may or may not have been a lie. He couldn't care less about these people's feelings unless they could benefit him.

He heard a loud knock on the already open door and turned around to face the person who just knocked.

//ooc// just to clarify, i am talking about Katie in that last sentence

Quinn felt satisfaction fill her at his apology. She did that, didn't she? "Well, hello. I'm Quinn with the affiliation of a pink aster. This is Felix, with the affiliation of a white clover." she said, nodding her head slightly, greeting them in the semi-formal way she was taught. "What are your affiliations?"
