If you can't help I understand but can the eggs be hidden in areas I can't access yet? I'm having a really hard time finding eggs and do they move? And sorry if I'm not allowed to ask this cause I'm confused about that also

Yes, that's possible.
The required trainerlevel is 15, so as you're level 10, certain areas [that you haven't unlocked yet] could contain the Egg.

Eggs can be hidden in areas you cannot access yet.

20 eggs (the ones from the "first" Easter Egg Hunt active) do not move, 5 (the ones from the "second" Easter Egg Hunt active today) do move.
