Plot:

Three years after the events of this roleplay, and everything is peaceful in Alola. Lusamine has vanished, Team Skull is up to their usual antics everything is just back to normal. However, many miles away in the Kalos region the legendary Pokémon, Yveltal, and Xearneas are missing as well as Team Flare. With the missing legendary Pokémon creating strange events in the region, more and more reports are stating that a strange portal has opened. One where Life and Death are at an imbalance, and the world in in chaos. Rumors state that Flare caused this after the machine they had malfunctioned, and each day the portal grows stronger soon it will consume the Pokémon world as we know it.

[~~sorry double post wishing to start this off~~]

Tiger was walking through the fields in the back of Elm's lab. His Cyndaquil was talking to Malu, and Marowak. Two Pokémon he had caught in Alola. "I wonder how everyone is doing" Tiger sighed and looked at his pokegear. It had been a while since he'd seen his friends, and now he was on his way to becoming Elm's replacement.

"Tiger!" Elm called from behind him causing him to jump in shock. "Don't worry it's only me... hey Lion and I have been talking and we think you should take some time off? You've been working non stop since you came from Alola, and your mom is settling down fine back in Melemele. Why don't you relax?" He said kindly.

Tiger sighed "me relax?" He laughed and looked around the lab. Akio went up to him and looked at Tiger. The Riolu was a gift from a friend that Tiger had fond memories of. He evolved once they got home to Johto, and now he reminded Tiger of Riu. "Alright I'll take time off...wasn't there something in Kalos you needed? I was planning on visiting that region anyway" he asked kindly.

"Hmm no I don't think so....well enjoy your time off. I'll see you when you get back" he said kindly and went back into the lab. Tiger then went to Cyndaquil and decided to get a team of Pokémon together that were the most willing to go. He hen decided to sent a text to Mel and the others. Hey I got some time off...would any of you be willing to go to Kalos? I hear it's pretty peaceful this time of year...

(~~Sorry didn't know how to start xD~~)

Mira tapped the eraser of her pencil on her tooth. "Almost done... On the bright side, this is the last one you'll ever do!" She told Kingdra, grinning. Her pokemon sighed and stayed still.

On the bridge leading into Berry Forest, Mira sat alone, feet hanging off of the wood. Below her, Kingdra sat in the water, holding water around him in a wave. Toka snickered behind her. "Hey, shut up. You never liked doing this either, y'know," She pointed out to the Dragonite, who grinned in return.

"And... Done! There. Come back up here," Mira said, slamming the pencil down on the paper. Kingdra let the wave go, making the water splash slightly. He jumped up onto the bridge and looked at the drawing. "What do ya think?" She asked her pokemon. Toka nodded encouragingly, while Kingdra cheered (more for the fact that he was done posing for those drawings than for the drawing itself). "I knew you'd like it. I just need to send it into Oak-"

She jumped as her pokedex went off. She fumbled with it and checked the text. "YA HOOOOOO!" Mira howled, scrambling to her feet. YES! We'd finally meet up again! Kalos sounds awesome to me!!

"Riu!" Mel shouted from the kitchen, standing on top of a chair, attempting to reach the top cabinets. "Did something buzz?"

The Lucario was flopped on the couch, watching tv. He reached for the pokégear laying on the coffee table, unlocking it. "Yeah, your husband asked--"

"RIU." She shouted, flinging a plastic cup at him.

"Alright, alright! He asked if you wanted to go to Kalos!"

Mel hopped off the chair and approached the couch, snatching the pokégear away from Riu. ".. Oh, he did!" She grinned, quickly typing her response.

Yeah sure!! I never have anything to do anyway, haha.

"Grace!Get up!"Bon-Bon was hitting Grace with her toy staff and her growlithe Purra was nomming on her blanket."GRACE!"Grace finally awoken when she heard her dad's angry voice.Bon-Bon laughed."Ah oh,you are in trouble!"She then ran off downstairs to the kitchen along with Purra.Grace growled and threw her blanket off.She got up and went to go get dressed.

Grace then awoke Blossom,Barker and Sassy then went downstairs."Sorry dad..."Her dad looked at her and sighed."Well your mom is going to talk to you when she gets home.I want you to help Bon-Bon out ok?"He was cooking."Yeh sure...."Grace sighed.

Tiger laughed as he got the messages from Mel and Mira. He then responded to the texts before heading home to get ready for the long boat ride to Kalos. Alright cool I'll see you both in Kalos he responded and put the pokegear away. He then walked home to the house he grew up in, which Elm had helped him buy when he came back from Alola. He then unlocked the door and put his bag in the living room. Placing his lab coat on a hook in the wall he went to the kitchen and grabbed some snacks for the trip.

As soon as she received the response, Mel squealed and dropped her pokégear. "Pack your bags, Riu. We're going to Kalos." She grinned, opening her bedroom door. It had gotten tidier since she was thirteen, less clothes littered around. She grabbed her backpack (which contained way too many pokeballs, her griseous orb, her griseous pearl /courtesy of Tiger/, and a lot of potions and berries) and left her room, sprinting into the kitchen to grab her trusty water bottle.

Riu groaned, covering his head with a pillow before finally standing up and following the blonde into the kitchen, watching her rummage around the cabinets. "We're not moving, you know." He grumbled.

Mel rolled her eyes.

Tiger got some berries and some pokeballs. He put them in his backpack and grabbed the boat ticket he had that would take him around the Pokémon world. He then put his silver wing in the front pocket and grabbed a very old and tattered jacket. "You think we'd need this in Kalos?" He asked Cyndaquil who was sitting on the couch.

"I think you need a new one...why don't we go to Goldenrod and get one?" he asked with a yawn. Tiger shrugged and put the old jacket in his bag. "I'll buy one on the way to olivine" he said kindly and put his bag on. "Let's go before the ferry leaves" he said quickly. He then walked out of his house and locked he door behind him.

"Alright, I've got a ticket for the ferry that leaves soon." Mel said, logging off her computer and pushed back from the table. "We gotta get going soon." She said, slinging her backpack over her shoulder. "C'mon, Riu!"

Riu looked somewhat excited, leaping up to follow her out of the house.

Equipping her roller blades, Mel skated down the road, Riu on her heels.

"Think anything exciting is gonna happen?" Riu asked, keeping pace with her strides.

"Probably. It's us. And besides, Tiger always runs into trouble, it's in his nature." She snickered. Riu nodded in agreement with a sharp grin.

Ivan was already on Kalos. He was eagerly waiting for his friends near where ships would depart from. He wondered how they would react to him still having his Tapu Fini form. The last time they talked, it wasn't very bright. The re-encountering would have mixed feelings. Thats why Ivan doesn't likes them.

Tiger walked out of town with Lion following him. "Hey I'm going to!" Lion said and ran over. Tiger blinked and nodded.

"Alright it'd be fun to have you bothering me on the way to Kalos" he joke and wen ahead. After an hour of walking the two arrived in Olivine using the short cuts in the region's routes.

On skates, it didn't take long for them to reach the ferry. Mel practically threw her ticket at the man before sprinting on, Riu mumbling an apology before following her.

"RiuRiuRiuWe'reGonnaSeeEveryoneAgain!" She whispered excitedly, grabbing the fighting-steel type's paws and hopping up and down. "Ivan, Mira, Tiger-- Hey, maybe even Victor will show up!" She grinned.

Riu rolled his eyes, though he was glad she was happy. The first few weeks after returning to Unova, she'd moped around the house.

Tiger handed his ticket to the man at the counter. He got onto the ferry and loaded up his Pokegear and he went to look at the pictures he took. He then smiled and looked at the ocean ahead. "We will be in Kalos by tomorrow morning" Lion said kindly and looked over to Tiger. "Let me guess you're excited to see your old friends?" He asked

Tiger nodded "of course. I can't wait to see everyone again!" He said excitedly

"Oh? And what about Mel?" He asked slyly. Tiger then punched Lion in the shoulder.

"Of course I can't wait to see her....how old are you anyway 11?" Tiger said jokingly and smiled. Lion jus shrugged and went to his room on the ship leaving Tiger on the deck.

Mira grinned. "Toka, Kingdra, WE'RE GOING TO KALOS."

Toka cheered. Kingdra sighed. Mira rolled her eyes and returned Kingdra. She sprinted down the bridge, through the tall grass, and down the streets, waving and greeting people as she went. "Mira! Mira! Can you take us berry-picking again?" The twins--who were around four, now--called to her. Mira stopped and sighed slightly. "We wanna learn about da Pokemon in the forest!"

"Uh, guys, I'm going away for awhile," She explained.

"Where?" One of them--Rae--asked.

"To the mainland? Are you gonna meet Articuno?" The other--Rosina--added.

"No, to Kalos, to meet up with some old friends. Do me a favor and tell your parents I won't be around, okay?" Mira chuckled slightly, ruffling their hair. "You'll have to get another tutor."

"Awwww," They whined together. "Have fun!"

Mira waved and sprinted to her house, quite literally throwing all of her clothes that fit into her suitcase (along with her fishing rod). She threw everything else (pokedex, a few stacks of pokemon cards, her sketchbook, and some other things) into her duffle bag. "This is gonna be great, Toka! We're getting the group back together!" She grinned, hopping slightly. Toka snickered. "Hey, don't you dare try to tell me you didn't miss them. I know you did."

"We've been on this ferry for SEVEN MINUTES, Mel. Seven. And you've already almost fallen off." Riu sighed, slamming his head against the railing.

Mel tossed him a small grin. "You're acting like nobody else has almost fallen off of boats."

"Because I don't know anybody else who hAS."

The trainer chose to ignore him in favor of checking the time. "Since Unova is pretty close to Kalos, we should get there quickly." She was hopping up and down excitedly.

Tiger decided to let Akio out of his pokeball. He looked at the Pokémon and waited for the ferry to leave, it then went off slowly. "Wonder if Mira is going to take this ferry after all it docks in Vermillion" he said softly.

"Maybe it does" Akio said quietly and looked around. He then picked Cyndaquil up and put him in his arms. "Though she has her own boat..." he pointed out gently.

Mira sprinted downstairs and out the door, locking it. "Farewell, house! Until we meet again!" She called. She ran down to the docks and put her beanie on.

"So you really are leaving?" One of the fishermen called. "The twins told me, but I didn't believe them."

"I am. It's a reunion. I'll be back eventually, don't worry. Would you mind teaching the twins while I'm gone?" Mira replied, putting all her stuff down inside her boat and untying the sail.

"I'll try. Those two are a handful; I wonder how you've stayed sane with them for this long," The fisherman grumbled. "Well, good luck! May the waters be calm!"

Mira waved goodbye and sailed off from Three Island, shorter hair flying behind her in the breeze. Toka flew above her.

Everyone finished their breakfast and her father gather his things and grabbed his hat."I gotta go to work right now.Grace,you know where the keys are,right?"Bon-Bon ran towards their dad and hugged him."Stay safe dad!"He chuckled.Grace waved at him and he waved back then left."Ok!time to go Grace!"Grace sighed and Signaled her pokemon.Bon-Bon got Purra and the rest of her pokemon and ran towards the door.Grace got her bag and saw her little sis right by the door."You ready?"Bon-bon nodded."You sure?"Bon-Bon sighed."YES."Grace looked at her angrily but hidden it."No need to be so rude..."They left and she locked the door and they walked about.(they are at Vaniville town)

They hadn't even been on the ferry for that long, but it moved so slowly, she was sure it would take years to get there. She groaned and sat down on the deck, peering at the water below.

"Thinking about someone?" Riu asked with a snicker, sitting down beside her.

"No?"

"Are you suuure?" The Lucario nudged her playfully. "Not even your husband?"

"You have five seconds."

"Toka, I know you adore flying and all, but please don't try to catch the jumping Magikarp. You're not a bird," Mira called up, knowing Toka was just waiting for a Magikarp to do that. She roared slightly and stopped. "You do not have feathers. You are not a bird."

Toka stuck her tongue out and flew ahead slightly.
