After a long time I tryed the Gem Cauldron ..first all was allright but then the Cauldron disappeared in the middle of the game ._.
Time runs forward and in the end I lose all my gems I used before

Is this a new bug?
I'm rly sad because its hard to collect enough dragon gems for this game X__x

ive had that before, don't click any gems and let it run out, it shouldnt use up any gems, then try again on a different Wifi if possible, if not wait until few people are on the Wifi connection and try again, I found this out because my husband was downloading something on our Wifi which is primary for gaming so I switched to the houses main Wifi when no one was on it since it was late and it worked fine, hope this helps

That's the problem right there. This 'solution' can cost as much as 250000 PD (5 dragon gems lost) to some brewers, not to mention their wasted time and effort.

I'm pretty sure that was a typo by PokemonLoverz. Because that solution does NOT use up any gems. If you don't click on a gem, they are also not subtracted from your item bag.

Also yeah, a refresh or even a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) should fix this issue.

yeah it was a typo my bad xD It wont use up gems that aren't clicked
