You swing your legs over the side of your bed, your feet hitting the wooden floor. You stand and look out the window to see a hideous creature outside your window, causing to fall backwards onto the floor. You crawl backwards until you hit the wall, not taking your eyes off the creature. As your eyes adjust to the darkness, you can make out the features of the creature, including the glowing fluid slowly dripping from it's long, black, tongue.
When you can't keep your eyes open anymore and let them close, you hear a sizzling sound and foot steps come towards you. You quickly open your eyes to see the creature slowly moving closer to you. You glance behind the creature to see where your window should have been, was now a large hole in the the wall. Your mind is racing, you can't run or it would catch you for sure. Then as the creature was almost on top of you, an arrow pierced it through the head from behind. It screeched in pain before disappearing into thin air.
"Well? What are you sitting around for? Get up!" A female voice snapped "Do you want to be here when it comes back with reinforcements?!" The voice growled. You feel your arm being tugged and you are stood up. The next thing you know you're being pulled by a girl that looks about 19. You wanted to ask so many questions but the only one that you could ask in your dazed state was "What was that thing?"
The girl glanced over her shoulder, her red eyes cold "That was a nightmare and trust me, they aren't made from sweet dreams."

Mira is very upbeat and positive, but is somewhat introverted. She's an incredibly friendly person once you break the ice with her, and is incredibly easy to talk to, but she's surprisingly shy. She refuses to talk to nearly anyone without them talking to her first. It's not wise to get on her bad side, either, or to make her mad; her temper is absolutely explosive.
