Get the other person to re-offer, setting up a junk Pokemon. It worked for me. (The GTS asks you to offer exactly the same number of Pokemon as the trade)

Yeah that's the thing. There was no pokemon with thre trade but there shouldn't need ot be if all you're looking for is PD / Items. I know it's not much hassle to just add a pokemon but it honestly shouldn't be needed?

Yeah, there was a bug where you could technically offer the same Pokémon on two different trades - resulting in the Pokémon not appearing on the second offer. This bug should be fixed now.
Please reject/cancel all offers where the amount of Pokémon does not match the amount on the original trade unit.
