As many of us face a problem of Breeding legends (not talking about any map legend)
like: Mewtwo , Dianci etc. I think riako should Implement that the breeding of legends is normal (like pokemon breeding) with ditto .

No.
They are legendaries, so it makes sense that they don't breed as easily as normal pokémon. The only reason they can even breed to begin with, is the fact you can only get one. They are still legendaries and need a little more effort/patience to breed.
