It is time consuming to search the plushies that are missing in the user's collection to gift!
Too many pages to scroll through to find the missing one.

Maybe, an option could be added to gift a missing plushie to the user sorted from lowest to highest DP with pagination.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the suggestion, but we already have an easy way to see which plushies are missing from a user's collection.
If you click 'View Collection', all missing plushies are grouped together at the bottom of that page :)

Recently an option to send a missing plushie directly was added: http://pokeheroes.com/forum_thread.php?id=31540&site=1

but I feel it's not enough since we have to manually click each one of them and check how much DP it costs to send. If there was a list of missing plushies sorted from low to high DP, it would be easier to gift!

Actually, the 'Missing Plushies' have been clickable for a very long time; that specific suggestion refers to making all plushies clickable, thus also making the plushies we already have clickable, for plushie hoarders' sake ;)
Anyway, I understand where you're coming from; you're not suggesting an easy way to check missing plushies, you're suggesting a way to easily check the price of the missing plushies.

I'm not quite sure which would be easier, but I assume adding the price on the Collection-page could also work? That way there wouldn't be any need to start a new page (or sub-page), and no extra links to be clicked ^^

Adding the price to the collection page will make it look extremely ugly for sure. Maybe an additional sort option with the link:

http://pokeheroes.com/dw_collection?username=user5428&sort=price

should return a different filtered page where the missing plushie list is sorted from low to high DP?.
