I would like to have something that you can buy with nuggets but can sell for like over 1 mil pd or other varying prices this would make more money for pokeheroes and make more pd for players desperate for it I beg of you please do this

Why don't you just sell your nuggets to other players, though ^^'
You can always use the Trusted Trading Thread T³, in case you don't trust your trading partner entirely, but everyone would benefit more if this wasn't implemented and done between users, I believe ^^'
